Reliable Air & Heat

My technician was very knowledgeable and patient with me, explaining in detail what was wrong in a way I understood and answered my many questions. It helps me feel less anxious about this home repair issue and hopeful about future others.

My AC went out in the middle of August and a company assigned by my home warranty company came out & gave an estimate (b/c of course it wasn't covered) & said they'd call by the end of the day to schedule the repair. 2 days later I still hadn't heard back after leaving 2 msgs. Reliable was recommended by a family member so I called & they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. The repair team came out, assessed the problem and gave me a quote which was 1/2 of the other company's. They also said they could fix it right then!! They worked very quickly to get my AC back on. I can't recommend Reliable AC & Heat enough!!!

Reliable Air & Heat is a company I would recommend to anyone. They give consistent updates on when they are coming, who they are sending, and arrive when they say they will. We had several issues with our AC and each team member we had come out was friendly and knowledgeable.

First time using Reliable and I’m glad I did. They had a window for the afternoon (same day) yet one opened up in the morning, so they were at my home two hours after calling. Bruce easily diagnosed the problem, corrected it and took a look at some other related issues while there. Price was reasonable and fair. I will be calling Reliable for any future maintenance or repairs.

Bruce Kelly , the technician sent By Reliable ,was awesome . He arrived exactly on time for appointment. My A/C was struggling to cool my house. He diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit as being dirty from grass reside and just needing cleaning He then spent over an hour working hard to clean the unit. The price for the service was great. In todays world it is very nice to know that there are people like Bruce that are so honest and hard working. I would highly recommend any service from this company.

Reliable was great! Our AC went out on a Friday morning. They came out that afternoon to look at it and since ours was very old and unrepairable, they gave us a quote and we had a new AC installed the next day. They were quick and the entire crew was great!

Reliable Air & Heat is the company we have been using since moving to the area. Service is of high quality, very efficient and informative. ***Late Post: From the first call to the end of the job was professional and quick. I called Reliable on Thursday evening, after hours, and Windy had someone out the next morning. Bruce even called early Friday morning to see if he could come earlier. They were not able to contact me about the repairs after the assessment but kept trying, went to another job, and then came back. It cooled within hours! Thank you, Windy and Bruce, for a great experience! I will definitely recommend you for quick and professional service and use your services again!
