Reliable Air & Heat

I had another AC company check me by to check their results and cost $3,29.00, so wanted a second opinion. Reliable verified it was the condenser, but what the other “Guys” didn’t is verify it was still under warranty (could not find invoice from install), they found what might of caused the problem (cleaned coils in the interior unit), they had all parts needed for the job in stock (other “guys” 8-10 days, the cost with military discount $1,770.00. I looked at the reviews for Reliable all of them 5 star well that works for me.

Wendy and Robert made this process as smooth as possible for me. They were the best price I could find and were able to squeeze in my install quicker than anyone else. Dakota was my service tech before we decided to replace the system. He contacted me during the diagnosis and sent me a video by text to help me understand what the problem was. They all provided excellent service and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Made the call based off there reviews at 8:53 a.m. very friendly lady she gave me a window of when a technician would be out but said she would call if she could get someone out sooner. 5 minutes later she called back and said a technician was in route if that was ok. A couple minutes after that Bruce came to save the day. He diagnosed and fixed my problem in no time. Bruce was very knowledgeable, friendly and actually took the time to show me how to clean the coils myself. Based off the professionalism I received from everyone today I asked Bruce to set me up on a maintenance plan. Now they are my go to Hvac team. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service.

Reliable Air & Heat replaced my entire heating and AC system in the summer when it was about 100 degrees outside. There are a million AC companies out there, so I got several estimates, and, although Reliable wasn't necessarily the cheapest, I felt absolute confidence going with them and the American Standard brand. They installed a very high quality American Standard system and came back a couple of times to adjust the settings to make sure everything was perfect. Their communication and punctuality is top-notch, and they're just an all-around solid business! I will definitely go back to them for any AC or heating needs.

Had my heating system inspected by Reliable. Got very thorough feedback about how my system was operating and how to possibly improve it. They gave me confidence to run my heat now that the weather is changing. Dakota came out to do the inspection and was knowledgeable and arrived during the timeframe I was told. Exceptional Experience and Service!! Windy and the team at Reliable Air & Heat were great from beginning to completion of our new AC unit. Windy is first in class "Customer Service & Sales". She answered all my questions and hand walked the entire process to get our home up and running! Windy confirmed all equipment was ready, helped with financing, scheduled the techs and followed up throughout the installation to ensure it was moving as promised. I know it can not always happen in the same day, but I am confident that Windy and the team will always do whatever it takes to do what is best for you their clients. I got estimates from 4 companies. The first 3 treated me like I was stupid and gave me outrageous estimates! I was talked down to and treated with disrespect. One company slammed my own front door in my face when I told him his estimate was ridiculous. Then my neighbor told me about Reliable Air and Heat. They gave me my faith back in honest, hardworking companies. I have had such a wonderful experience with this company from the owners and the Installers! I’m sitting in a wonderful cool house, they left everything clean and I saved thousands of dollars that the others were trying to charge me. I can’t say enough about this company. If you want a honest estimate from good people, this is your go to company!

They took time to provide me with an excellent system for my application at a fair price. Their quality and workmanship is outstanding, I will continue using them for all my HVAC needs.

Bruce Kelley was the technician who came out. He was very professional and he fixed the this quick disconnect replace the capacitor for us and then he checked the outside unit to make sure it was all running and he stayed for a few minutes to make sure it got cool in the house for us he arrived on time it was and as far as the company goes reliable was fair priced it would this was the last minute and emergency they work this into their schedule and they helped a lot and I was greatly appreciated I would recommend them anytime for any heating or air conditioning service you need or installation.
