Reliable Air & Heat

When my AC stopped blowing cold - this heat - I was thrilled that Reliable was able to put me on their schedule right away! I called around 7:45am and was given a 12-3pm time window and they showed up right at noon and had my issue identified, fixed, and double checked within minutes. My house was already cooling down again before he left. I couldn’t be happier! Will use Reliable again and recommend them in the future.

Used these guys to do a complete replace of existing A/C and heating equipment that was 45 years old. Beto and Jimmy did a superb job of dealing with all the details in expert style. Twice they were visited by Dyson and Robert to check and bring needed supplies. I've been in this business since 1973 and can say without any doubt that these folks followed best practices for a complete and thorough job.

Reliable Air and Heat is a great company. They originally installed my unit in 2015 and I haven't used another AC company since. Yesterday I called because my ac wasn’t cooling and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I needed a part replaced that is not carried on hand and they had it ordered and installed the next day. Bruce was an amazing tech. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

I called Reliable to avoid having to deal with the hassle and dishonesty of my home warranty company. The rep on the scheduling line was very knowledgeable and was clear about the services and charges that I should expect. The technician was on time, very polite and very professional. He showed up with the proper modern equipment to quickly and accurately diagnose and repair my A/C which was not functioning up to spec. The price was very reasonable and the communications were perfect. I would certainly recommend and will use them again. Well done!

AC compressor went out this afternoon - called Reliable AC and Heating. Robert had Bruce Kelley at my house in less than 35 minutes. Diagnosed and fixed it in about another 30 minutes. Beyond reasonable on their repair fee - super professional friendly people - on a hundred scale - they get a 110+ -

Reliable Air And Heat did a complete removal of my old HVAC and replaced it with an American Standard 2 stage. I am completely satisfied with their knowledge and workmanship. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of HVAC repair.
