Custom Climates

Brandon and his team at Custom Climates did a great job on the design and installation of the HVAC system for our custom home. As with most custom built spray foam homes, the system needed a few tweaks once we moved in. For example, we decided to install a whole home humidifier to address some low humidity issues while heating. The Custom Climates team had to "replumb" the system to account for the humidifier but didn't charge us for that additional labor. Brandon and his team always responded promptly to our texts and worked with us to make the needed adjustments to get our system just right. Our Trane HVAC system is unbelievably quiet and working great.

Great service! Matthew Bruner quoted an AC replacement for me and my wife. His bid was fair and honest. He and his helper were timely in their install and i haven't had any issues since. I recommend them to anyone that's needing AC repair work.

We at PlayStayTion Pet Resort love this company. We have a very challenging climate control system and also a UV air sanitation system. They installed it and maintain it. Yesterday I called because of one of the dogs rooms was a little warmer than the rest and they came out on Sunday and fixed it! This is not the first time they have come bye right away after being called. Great company. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! When our HVAC unit stopped working, Matt diagnosed the problem quickly. He patiently explained what was going on and helped us figure out we wanted to do. It gave us such peace of mind to talk it through with someone we trusted and not feel pressured. The work was finished quickly and smoothly and we haven't had any troubles since!

We had our 20 year old system replaced. They replaced our old zone system with a brand new one-electric a/c and gas heat. They installed a new unit outside, new unit in the attic and two new thermostats. The work was done well. They also made sure that everything was working properly before they left. We are pleased with our new system and the job they did. Brandon also serviced our old unit several times before we got the new one.

Brandon came over around 9:30pm to temporarily fix our AC. Have a newborn and they dropped everything to make sure we had AC that night. Came back Monday with the part needed to solve the solution permanently. Truly incredible service!

Wow! Had an issue with my ac unit no working correctly and with one phone call, they were out within a couple hours and resolved my issues. Amazing service and very professional people! Thank you!
