I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN. I WENT 3 DAYS WITHOUT AIR CO. B/C MINE WAS MALFUNCTIONING. MY HOUSE GOT UP TO 87 DEGREES ON TUES OF THIS WEEK DURING THIS HORRID HEAT SPELL. A NEIGHBOR REFERRED YOUR CO. TO ME. I WAS WAITING ON ANOTHER CO. TO CALL ME. My SITUATION WAS AN EMERGENCY. HOWEVER, THE OTHER CO. I CALLED HAD ME WAIT 3 DAYS. I GLEEFULLY, CALLED THE OTHER CO. AND BID THEM FAREWELL.

They came out and repaired the ac system on one of the hottest days of the year.We were exceptionally happy with how quickly and efficiently they repaired our system

Speedy appointment but the technician failed to provide the permanent fix for the problem but charged hefty price for the temporary (no warranty) fix.
Normally. He don’t seem to have equipped with the industry-standard knowledge to handle the standard problems efficiently.
In a sane world, I’d expect the technician to explain what the problem is, giving the customer the option/awareness of what’s to repair/replace etc but this person never talked, nor answered key questions with transparency but only gave a hefty bill at the end and waiting for the payment while the fix itself is not finished & perceived yet.
Week later, back to square. I had to rework on the whole thing including the refrigerant replacement costs. Very bitter experience.

We began having issues with the AC at the office where I work back in April. We had another company out several times and spent thousands trying to get it fixed. 3 months later & during this horrid heat we've been having, it still wasn't properly cooling the office. We decided to try another company & called Custom Climates. Brandon came to the office first thing the next morning. He figured out the problem and had the AC working by that afternoon! It's now been 4 days and is still working great!! So thankful for Custom Climates!

Highly Recommend! Treats everyone as you were family to get taken care off. Came by for service call on a Sunday without special weekend surcharge! Trustworth, have used on three occasions for different things, first time was just a service charge and a simple no charge fix. Next time was not the item i though was broken, the item with problem was significantly cheaper! (so trustworthy to fix what is needed without sticking it to you as he easily could have done) and last time quick timely summer time fix of outside AC unit. (in texas need i say more?)

My AC went down and it was not a fun time in the Texas heat. Contacted Custom Climates and they were very fast to respond. They came out first thing the next morning, which was fantastic because the next available time from competitors was Tuesday. The tech arrived on time, and I mean on time. As if he was in the military, and formation was about to start.

The whole process from start to finish was quick, efficient and professional without sacrificing quality. The total cost was also way less then I was expecting. Overall, I highly recommend Custom Climates. Thanks!
