Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning came out on a Sunday to repair our AC. It was a record Summer temperature and the technician was informative and completed the job within the timeframe provided. Highly recommend and will call on them in the future.

Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning was a great find. Josh and his team were very thorough, up front and open about everything they thought might be going on with my AC and what they wanted to do. Though diagnosis took some time but they were able to locate the problem. They took care of the problem and explained to me my options for the immediate present and long term life of my unit. Prices were extremely reasonable and service was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

BE WARNED: I called for an air conditioning repair. We made an appointment, they put me on the schedule for 2:00 PM... I turned down the other companies that called me after this because apparently, I was all set.... I called back at 3:30 PM (no technician yet) and they said "the technician did not take the job"... My issue with this companies, is that they do not take any responsibility for the business they sale. I would love for the owner to hear this, but according to the operator, they answer to a "system"... not sure what to make of that. I called another technician, and he agreed to come in the evening, and said "they do that all the time, not sure how they remain in business anymore".

Techs were both courteous and professional. Martin explained what they would be doing, and quickly went to work on the furnace. I was also given information on other products offered through Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning, as well as, safety concerns to avoid. I appreciated their fast and friendly service.

I was impressed with the Salesman from Caliber Heating & Air Conditioning, who explained everything to me in detail. The installers,, worked diligently together to install the furnace. They were efficient and left everything neat and tidy. After the installation was complete, They explained the setting & use of the new thermostat and the upkeep of the new air cleaning system.
