I recently had the pleasure of working with THT Air Solutions on a weekend, and I can confidently say that they provide top-notch service and expertise. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their team was professional, friendly, and efficient.

The technician Naib who came to my home was knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my AC and heating units, and he patiently answered all of my questions. He provided me with a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, and he walked me through the repair process step by step.

I was impressed with the quality of their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that both my AC and heating units were working at peak performance. They even took the time to clean up after themselves, leaving my home spotless.

Naib, recently provided the best AC service to our house. He has great technical knowledge. He fixed the AC issue in no time, the issue we had from long time. He also took time to explain the whole functionality of the AC unit and how to do minor maintenance on my own. I, being the first time home owner, I am more confident now with his great service.
And yes, his pricing is very reasonable for the amount of effort he put in, as that was my main concern.

Naib is an excellent technician and an even better person!

Our outside A/C unit sounded like it was going to explode so I gave THT a call. Naib was incredibly responsive and made it out to our home the same day. He diagnosed the problem, a blown fan motor. He offered a fair price, pursued the problem with our warranty company, went to get the part and returned the next day. He replaced the part, however the fan was still louder than expected.

Being the stand up guy that he is, Naib wouldn’t allow his work to be incomplete. He called me back the first thing in the morning of the next business day. He came out an hour later and determined the problem was the capacitor. He quickly replaced the part and NO MORE NOISE! Amazing!

It is hard to find people now days that stand behind their work. Do not question giving Naib a call, you will find no one better or more honest to work on your HVAC!

I woke up at 6:30 AM to a home that was 80 degrees, on a Saturday morning forecasting 97 degree temperatures, plus all weekend. Annoyed as most people are that wake up to a hot house, I did my own due diligence, checking breakers, thermostats and individual units to see if anything may have tripped. (That is the extent of what I can self diagnose and repair. Admittedly not much.) A little before 7 AM, I made a phone call to THT Air Solutions, which was answered immediately, and was told they would be out around 8 AM - same day. What? You answer the phone at 7 AM and show up within an hour in the middle of a Texas summer? Not only did they arrive promptly, he identified the issue within 10 min and showed me what the problem was and how he diagnosed it. Pulled the parts from his van, taught me everything I needed to know to better preserve my units then took the time to clean them as well. Once the unit was up and running, he showed me how he identified the issue, and why the part needed to be replaced. As he realized the age of the unit, which was less than 2 years old, he pulled the warranty information for me and is dealing with the parts on his own. I only paid the labor charges. (I did not ask him to do this.... I was willing to pay for it, since I did not want to wait the weekend out in a hot house to deal with a warranty company.)

I work in the commercial real estate field and can tell you with one hundred percent certainty this group is not only extremely friendly, well versed in the field, but most importantly cost effective and trustworthy. If you are in need of service, I highly recommend this group!

We’ve been using THT for years. Naib and his wife are really great to work with. They’re professional, honest, fair priced, and do what they say they’re going to do. He’s also very patient explaining AC issues with me and sometimes has to tell me more than once. They especially have been very responsive when I fail to call for annual maintenance and our AC goes out during the heat of summer. At least this year, I called and got on the maintenance schedule right away. We really appreciate them and will continue to do so.
