Custom Climates

We bought this home almost a year and a half ago and everything had been great until yesterday. House wasn't cooling and it was warm and humid throughout the night. After many attempts to get someone out here on short notice, I had about given up, until I contacted Custom Climates. They surprised me by telling me that they had someone in the area and could work me into their schedule. Brandon showed up exactly on time and was polite, efficient, and very helpful. He checked our AC, found the problem, and had it fixed in under 20 minutes! I was thrilled and couldn't be more thankful and satisfied with their great service. Also,a huge thank you to Ashley for working me into their busy schedule and going above and beyond to make sure everything was satisfactory. Our A/C unit decided to malfunction at 11pm on a very hot Texas night. After calling around to SEVERAL emergency repair companies and getting turned away immediately, we came across Brandon with Custom Climates. He listened to our urgent problem and the fact that we have 2 small boys in the home and agreed to come out right away, mind you it’s midnight at this point and he’s at home with his family! He came out to our home quickly and fixed our A/C issue in less than 30 minutes. If that doesn’t show the integrity and compassion of this company, then I don’t know what does! All I can say is I will be recommending this company to everyone! You are a lifesaver! Thank you thank you thank you!

Over the weekend we noticed our ac was no longer cooling, called on Monday they had Brandon out same day he was quick fixed the issue in maybe 10min. Knew exactly what he was doing and the air immediately was working again. Thank you!

Extremely fast service! It's no fun having your A/C go down when it's 107 degrees outside, but they had us back up and running within hours. Fantastic response time and reasonable prices.

These guys are the best around.
They helped me get a great deal with a newer unit both inside and out. He also helped redesign the layout of the system due to the original design had flaws that he helped me identify and solve. These guys really know their stuff. The house is so much more comfortable and my bill went down 20%.

I highly recommend Brandon & his team! They were very thorough in their search for the issue with my faulty AC. They checked every point of contact connecting to my AC unit. (Including my EXTREMELY Hot attic) We called Brandon late Thursday night & he quickly worked us into his busy schedule, within hours! He and his crew are friendly, professional, work fast and are very affordable!!! Definitely a 5-Star Company!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A/C compressor went out for good the day before leaving for vacation -- when dogs had to stay behind in the house. We needed something quickly and Custom Climates delivered on very short notice. They even came back a few weeks later and fixed an old drainage problem (was not caused by the install) but decided to not charge for it. Highly recommended.
