    We were looking for an a/c specialist to check out our upstairs cooling unit which seemed to have a broken fan. After reaching out on Angie's list, we were contacted by phone within the same day to schedule a technician to come to our house in a few days. Adam was succinct and professional. He found the problem and let us know that we would only need a special-order part, not an entire new motor as another hvac technician had tried to suggest.

    Though he wasn't very communicative as we waited for delivery of that part, he did not leave us hanging. Adam came by as soon as the part was delivered and fixed our issues! He did have to come back shortly after but to turn on some switch that he forgot it was a minor issue and he was took care of it immediately.

    We asked for Adam again recently when we had some more summer cooling issues. Adam came the same day! He refilled our freon and cleared our pipes, and we could not be happier with the quality or speed of service!

    I used this company to come out and repair my ac system. I was very pleased and I learn a lot about my system and how to prevent my system from condensation all over my floors surrounding the ac unit in my garage. The tech was very friendly and well trained. I was happy to call this company . And bill was worth paying.. I will call them again if I have anymore problems. LC / Wylie, TX

    MES has been servicing our heating and AC for years. They are always professional, courteous, and on time. Jesus Navejas is our usual service person. You could not find a more professional courteous person anywhere. He arrives on time and is conscientious and extremely thorough. I would recommend Metro Express Service for anyone needing their AC & Heating equipment serviced.

    BEWARE!!Don't trust these guys!!RIP OFF!!! Had an issue with the AC not working, called on a saturday and the sent Byron out on Sunday afternoon. Showed up at 10:40 and found a loose wire at the thermostat, air was working fine after he pushed the wire into the terminal. Then spent 20 minutes outside playing around with the unit which in new and said everything looks good. Spent 10 minutes in his truck writing up an invoice and charged me 89 for the service fee plus an additional 75 dollars for pushing the wiring in in the thermostat for a total of $165 and was here for less than 40 minutes. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

    I called Metro Express in late January about a problem I was having with my electronic air filter. The receptionist was very helpful and took all of my information. We agreed on a window for a technician to arrive to review my situation. The tech, Adam, arrived on time and was careful to put on shoe socks so as not to track n any outside debris. Adam diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution which included new parts and the installation of an ultraviolet lighting system to eliminate mold in the duct system. We agreed on the price and he left to get the parts. He returned and installed the parts to fix the filter and added the UV light. All in all, a very satisfactory experience. I would recommend these folks.

    I contacted them and the customer service was great! Very polite and understanding! Technicians came out and did a great job as well. I would definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to anyone needing A/C services.

    This is the best company ever. My ac broke on Thursday June 21. I called my Home warranty company Total Protect. Told them about the issue and they send a tech out on Friday afternoon June 22. He diagnosed it and said my fan motor on my outside compressor was broken. Because of the HOW company the service provider, Oak Point HVAC had to send in their service order and then the HOW company had to order the part. I called on Wednesday, June 27 to the HOW just to check status and they never received the order for service from Oak Point HVAC. I fought with the HOW and they said there was nothing they could do till they recd the OFS. Wednesday afternoon June 27 I called Metro Express Service on my own.amd they had a tech, Sean at my house by 530pm. He also said the fan motor was broken and the could fix the next day. I called the HOW and again they said there was nothing they could do. I called MES and they came out that afternoon Thursday June 28 and fixed my ac. The tech, Sean was totally AWESOME and now I have ac again. I live in Carrollton TX and it has been extremely hot but thanks to Sean and MES we will sleep cool this evening. I would recommend MSE to anyone. I must also mention Shanda which is the most fantastic dispatcher. Thank you so much and bless you all at MES. A very happy customer.

    First off, I'm not an HVAC tech, however I lived next to one for 15 years. I know that it takes longer than 10 minutes to put 4 lbs of R-22 freon in a system. My system has has been leaking since it was installed 18 years ago, when the house was built. I've never had to put more than 2 lbs in the system each year in those 18 years. The house was cooling, just not great. The tech channeled his inner a/c guru and determined that it would need 3 to 4 lbs, without even charging the system. Wow, he was right ....3.9 lbs of R-22, $451.00 total for 20 minutes. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice....won't happen next time.

    Hats off to Mr. Wally and his professional office staff as well as outstanding technician James. We had an issue to arise which can happen. Being the outstanding company everything was taken care of quickly , fairly and honestly. This is most important to customers that a company is honorable. Our technician not only resolved the issue but found the root issue - imagine that going over and beyond not just the minimal. Being a Veteran , and in the housing industry I am truly so thankful for this company. In our great country more companies should be like Metro Express.
