Paid $400 for the one year "membership" where they find reasons twice a year to sell you things you don't need. I was the fool who paid an additional $188 for something that wasn't broken. Three months later, I get home from work and my 3 year old unit is blowing hot air. I call them and they say someone will contact me. 30 minutes later...nothing (it's 88 degrees in here & I have a 3 month old baby, time is of the essence). Finally, they call back and say they want to charge a "discounted" $89 fee just to show up (the One Hour company charges $59 for non members). $677 before you've actually fixed anything?! If this is how you treat your members, I'll take my chances with another company.
