The first visit was to see what was wrong. The service was rich had to unplug one system to check what was occurring. Then he left. Still no A/C.

The second visit was a salemen. He found the unplugged system. Then quoted me to r placed coils and values for both systems. One system is. 3.5 Tom and the second is a 2 ton system.

The third visit they did the work. Cost was $5,200. Three days late one system is still not working. No one is answering the telephone or text messages. Customer service is horrible.

I customer service is dead.

The new GTX we bought has had alot of issues as this dealership says we have lot of warranty problems and I was told that I should just deal with it as they can't fix the issue. Wow this is first class I REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT MY CUSTOMERS!!!
