they arrived on schedule and did everything they promised. they provided details and documents for system performance. they also found and corrected an unrelated vibration that was making me crazy.

I am very pleased.

My AC just went out made the call to Mullinix and they are sending someone today to help me out. I recommend calling Mullinix first as other AC services could not even come to my house until next week.

I can not tell you the installers names but I can tell you they did a great professional job they kept their work area clean and picked up and made sure everything was on point with equipment they answered every question with professional known knowledge there was no way did they half way do anything The salesman Keith explained and helped me with this purchase and was polite and helped me with knowing what I needed to know The office staff was also a friendly bunch of folks they made sure I got my paper work and equipment in a timely manner I will keep using Mullinix because I think you have a friendly old school professional way of doing things Thank You All

Jose came out and did service on our central heat. He cleaned drain pipe and cleaned the blower wheel. Did a GREAT JOB ,very professional and hard worker!

got their yearly service plan on my a/c unit a few years back. they schedule check-up appts for me before it gets hot in the spring or cold in the winter. still havent had an issue with my unit (which is several yrs old), so i guess its working!
