I received a call from their office about two hours later asking if they could come out earlier than planned. Their technician, Chad Lee, called to let me know he was in his way. When he arrived, he was quick to diagnose and resolved the issue quickly! He was friendly and explained what he was doing. I will definitely continue using KCA for my HVAC needs
