KCA solved my HVAC issues that had been persistent since we built our house 8 years ago. It wasn’t cheap, but we ended up with a high quality system that actually works! A huge improvement. The staff, from the receptionist to the technician to the installers, was of the highest quality. Very responsive. Showed up on time and finished on schedule. Only good thing to say about this company so far.

Would definitely recommend KCA services! We had Ray come out after our AC unit started leaking, he explained the problem and quickly fixed it. He even called the following day to make sure everything was working correctly and no other problems came up. Great customer service and they got the job done quickly!

I had the pleasure of having Carlos Perdomo as my technician today. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me about my unit and all the different options that were available as well. KCA Services in Boerne was able to provide a next day appointment for an outside AC unit issue. The staff member over the phone was very sweet and easy to schedule with. Ray Butler showed up early on a Saturday morning with a smile and quickly diagnosed the issue, had the part on hand and repaired the motor easily. He was knowledgeable, friendly and great to work with. Our unit has been working quietly and efficiently since. Look forward to working with them for our yearly maintenance.

We messaged KCA at 11pm at night not expecting to get a response until the next day. To our surprise we were scheduled that night for the first appointment the next day. Carlos P Did a fantastic job at accessing and figuring out our AC problem. He was very knowledgeable on our system and took the time necessary to fix the problem. We had a previous company come out before and fixed nothing. Thank you to KCA for being available for our needs and having awesome employees like Carlos P!

I was very impressed with David! He knew what the problem was the minute he walked up to the unit, and it was nice to be able to have my air conditioner starting back up again within a relatively short amount of time. He had the parts on the truck, I didn't have to wait for parts to be ordered; that right there was a huge Plus. Like them so much, I am signing up for their service maintenance program.

Carlos was early for the appointment which was great. Analyzed my 5ton unit and air handler in attic. Took great pictures of the results off the meters used and also the adjustments to the air handler. Complete service was one hour and left a very good report what was found and any corrections made and suggestions for future.
