Zach showed up on time and was very respectful & professional. He was very thorough in his checkup of our HVAC system, making sure all was in working order for the summer ahead. He also made sure to ask if we had been having any problems at all and if we had any questions of him. We would not hesitate to ask for him again when our fall checkup is due.

I've relied on KCA to keep my system in good working order since they installed in 6 years ago. David was very responsive to my service request making time on a Friday to check my compressor function and performing routine system maintenance.

I called for service Saturday evening. Ray came out Sunday morning and found the problem immediately. Informed me of my options and proceeded with a solution. My 14 year old R-22 unit was worn out. The next morning a crew came out and installed a complete new unit and had it running in 6 hours. KCA kudos to your team of courteous and professional employees.

Randall and install team (Chase & Gerardo?) we’re all great to work with!! Randall had been responsive to all questions even after hours and checking in on Easter weekend. Spoke with several companies, big name and small, before deciding to go with KCA. Impressed with the service and knowledge by everyone but also by how much they stand by their work.

KCA Service was quick and easy to set up appointment, they were prompt, and answered all our question. Great customer service and did a great job conducting a thorough ac maintenance checkup.

I was bummed about having to spend so much money on an A/C when our 30 yr old one went out. But then after we installed it, they sent me some cookies as a thank you and I thought, "you know what, 10/10 I would do that again". AC works great, more efficient. Price was fair and they're just good people.
