We had two HVAC units in need of replacement. KCA quickly responded to our call, diagnosed the problem, and arranged for installation of the new systems at our earliest convenience. Two crews arrived at the appointed time, quickly installed the systems with no hassle, and left the work areas neat and clean. All around a professional performance.
The techs at KCA are great and very professional. Every aspect of their service is first rate from scheduling to finish. And Michael was great! Unfortunately my Rudd AC is not but that’s not Michael’s fault.
Late Saturday night..... I called the 24/7 service line and gave them my information. Bradley called me within a few minutes letting me know that he could be there in 10-15 mins. He arrived promptly in 10 mins. About 5 mins later he already diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in record time. Bradley was AMAZING. Bradley was so polite and courteous. I take care of many rental properties. He is one of the best experiences I have encountered with calling in a service call at 9pm on a Saturday night. I plan on calling KCA again, on the weekends and during the week. Bradley knew what he was doing and was fair and honest with me. So many companies out there try to tell you the whole unit needs replacing instead of just repairing it. It is because of Bradley that i will be using KCA again & again. I will also tell my colleagues and friends about the great experience i had with him and KCA. He made a great experience out of a Saturday night. I didn't expect anyone to agree to come out so late on a Saturday night (around 10pm)but he said he was happy to come and take care of it. It was refreshing to have someone of his caliber come work on my AC unit. Bradley, from the bottom of my heart thank you again by making my tenants cool and happy again and made me the hero with my tenants. Bradley was my hero that night! Bradley Peacock was on time, friendly, responsive, and answered all our questions during our service call to repair our new Trane unit. Most importantly, Bradley and the KCA team overcame poor inventory supply of parts by Trane and got us up and running. Thank you. Stay cool!
Micheal was very professional and knowledgeable on the repairs we need. My Father isn't the easiest customer as he's blind and doesn't trust too many people. He was comfortable with Micheal and so was Jake (our dog). That being said, we trust your company to complete all repairs here. Thank you for having employees like Micheal. He was professional and personable; was able to diagnose the problem, explain to me what work was needed, answered all my questions and got our system working again quickly. I know I will appreciate having purchased the shield membership and having this company on “speed dial” should the need arise.
