David Lee has provided maintenance for our systems and provides excellent service! He gave us advice about an old system that is in need of replacing. He provided two bids for us to choose from with a follow up of the written report! David is a great professional to work with!

Ray, was a pro and saved the day for us. AC broke down this morning and we are having a graduation party for our son. We are getting back to cool air with a couple hours to spare. Yes, I meant to rhyme.

The technician that came was very personable and respectful. He wore a mask without a problem and even wore booties to keep my floors clean! He explained everything to me in detail which was great!

We are so impressed with KCA Services. We had our brand new Heating/AC System installed 3 months ago and a mouse chewed through the thermostat wiring and we had NO HEAT during the freeze we had during the Christmas holidays in south Texas. My husband called them on Friday, 12/23/22, and they scheduled our service for Saturday after noon. KCA sent us an email and texts letting us know when to expect them along with a picture and name of the technician coming out. Randall Rydl ended up coming out earlier than expected and repaired it!!! I cannot tell you how relieved we were once we had heat! We scheduled another service for them to return to reroute the wiring and secure it from any further "mice" attacks! Chase Myers came out to reroute our wiring Tuesday as scheduled and did a great job.
We are very happy with both service calls. I cannot rave enough about both Randall and Chase. They were both prompt, friendly, professional, and we will definitely use KCA Services should we ever need them again. Awesome work yall!!
