No AC last night - blower did not function :-(. Called KCA and they sent a technician out today, SUNDAY !! AC seems to be working now. Appreciate KCA quick response.

After our regular HVAC provider failed to diagnose and fix the problem with our HVAC called KCS, Carlos arrive the next morning on time. He diagnose the problem in the frizzing rain, confirmed the repair was under warranty and fixed the problem in a professional manner, highly recommended KCS!

During a routine maintenance visit it was noted that one of our HVAC units needed to be replaced. The next day it was replaced and a thorough and complete check was completed by the service men. They also explained how the new thermostat worked and reviewed the system with us. We appreciate their professionalism and thoroughness.
