Maverick and Zach were extremely professional and caring. When I was getting stressed about the cost, Zach asked if I was okay. Maverick offered 3 choices and discussed each indepth with me. All questions and concerns were addressed. The Ladies at the office were great to talk to and quickly answered questions with knowledge, friendliness and a smile in their voice.

Great customer service. Prompt, courteous and professional service. Israel kept me informed of everything he found and remedied on the spot, and took the time to show me the bigger issues that he discovered. I appreciate that he answered all of my questions in a frank and forthright manner. He provided knowledgeable recommendations for anticipated future repairs that will make my system fully function correctly. Great job!

I’ve been trying to get an electrician to come out for repairs for about a week with little success. I called Dr Watts on a Wednesday and they were able to come out on Thursday. Sean was very professional and helpful with the repairs. He made sure to inform me of the work he was doing and got everything done quickly.

Shun & Brad were the technicians who came. They were so 🙂 nice. They took care of business!! They gave us peace of mind to find there was not an electrical issue but an appliance problem. They were so good at serving our concerns and installing an antique light fixture. I just had to tell the world about Dr Watts through this 5 star review. Thanks to Kimberly for getting us taken care of so fast. What a great team of individuals who make Dr Watts "GREAT" With that being said, I definitely recommend Dr Watts .

Sean was very professional. The company called ahead and gave me an approximate time of arrival Sean showed up on time, very timely. He covered all the my options and costs for things I was currently doing and what I expressed to him I want to have done in the future. He worked diligently and expertly to complete the job. I was very pleased

A technician came out in April 2023 to service an electrical outage in my family room. Discovered one of the outlets in the family room burned out. However, it took him some time to troubleshoot the problem, and had to call another technician to penpoint the problem. The first technician changed out the burnout outlet, and should have installed a new circuit breaker in my outdoor panel. So, at least I thought. Fast forward to June 2023 while shampooing my family room rug the repaired outlet would not hold the load from the vacuum shampooer, and kept tripping the breaker. Called a different electrician and learned the technician never installed a new circuit breaker. I paid Dr. Watts $747.00 for that visit, and had to pay the other electrician a service call of $110.00 for them to install a new breaker. Tried calling Dr. Watts to ask for a refund for this $110.00, but no one every answers the phone. Please do not use! Overpriced! Dishonest!

Excellent service. Electricians were very attentive and patient as I explained the issues. All options were clearly explained and approved by me before any work began. They provided additional information about safety violations and needed upgrades to my electrical system. I will definitely refer friends and family to Dr. Watts Electrical Services.

I had no ac or power in my house, when I called i talked to the most wonderful lady ,she said she would help me and she did ,20 minutes later mr Daniel was at my door, he found out my issue and I had ac and power in less then 2 hours, I loved the service and the professionalism, and I was very pleased when they called me the next day to check on me,

I was quoted $1,800 to swap a chandelier with a ceiling fan and add 4 disc lights on a brand new home. I was even providing the fan, disc lights, and the fan control & dimmer switch. I had the tech explain the job and we determined it'd be around 4 hours of work. I'll wouldn't even pay an attorney $450/hour. Y'all should be ashamed for that type of price gouging, this is exponentially higher than the other quotes I received.

Appreciated the thorough explanation of the issues found with my HVAC system. The routine maintenance inspection turned into a service call to take care of a few minor items that increased the efficiency of my system. Thanks for helping me maintain my HVAC system.
