The company was outstanding from the initial phone call to the end. They assigned a knowledgeable service provider, Allen, who was extremely punctual and professional. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone and will use it in the future.

The motor of the almost new outside AC unit had died and luckily a replacement motor was found and installed under warranty. The technician then suggested to install two inline surge protectors, one outside and one at the main unit in the attic. This would cost $1,260. I could not believe such a high price tag for this rather simple job, so I looked at Amazon.com and found out that one of these surge protectors would cost $56 (!), for two $112. So, the installation would cost me $1,148???

I find it hard to believe that such a huge markup is justifyable, as the installation is not very complicated.

Naturally, we declined this 'offer'.

HVAC system lost ability to cool. They came and replaced some contractors, cleaned the fan assembly, and repaired a hole in one of my attic supply ducts. They also installed an electrostatic filter with UV light device to help clean the air. It was adjusted mid-range and I was told if the smell was too strong to adjust it counterclockwise to reduce the effect. I did this a couple times, even down to lowest level. Still strong smell, giving me light headedness, and a small headache. Finally turned it off at the switch. Need someone to come check this out. Something is not right with the system. There are three bedrooms on that side of the house and that is where it is the worst.

They were great! I called for a very last minute job and was originally scheduled for a week out but they were able to come out and do the consult and do the fix all in the same day. Highly recommend!

Replaced our attic fan. Competent, clean and to code. Very professional and courteous. Isaac and Jerold are awesome. As the son of an electrician, I am very happy with the work they have done. Strongly recommend them for anyone needing electrical work. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I could’t have found a better company or people. Jerl, Sean and Alan were all so knowledgeable, friendly and got the job done. Had my electrical panel replaced and several fixtures. They were at my house for 2 days. They answered all my questions and cleaned up before the left. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

My house was hit with lightening and when I called, the CRS said they didn't have a tech available right then. But she understood my urgency and concern and said James, the GM, would be right out. He kindly assessed my situation. Later, with his tech here he presented an option to me which included installation of a whole house surge protector. When I asked him how much it would cost he said it would be about $1,000.00. Now the excitement of the incident has calmed down and I've done a little research only to find that the "whole house surge protector" installed can be purchased for about $150.00. When I called back to James to question the pricing, he was unware that the protector in question was commonly available online or even from Walmart. He has agreed to adjust my cost and refund to a fair price.

They are very serious about getting it right and to code. Even though I am outside city limits I gave the peace of my mind that my family is safe and Abby future resale if my largest investment will be smooth on this front.
