Sean, Brad, and the rest of the team were totally professional and knowledgeable about the huge task of replacing our entire electric service, from the pole to each outlet/switch in the house. It’s an older home, so a few challenges presented themselves. Sean and team worked diligently until every issue was resolved to our satisfaction. They were a pleasure to work with.

The Technician, Allen, was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough diagnostic evaluation and offered 5 different options on the repairs that were needed. He reviewed and explained each option to include costs. He was very honest and answered my questions. I was very satisfied with the service he provided and the options available through Dr. Watts. Will recommend this company whole heartedly.

All of Dr. Watts team members, from the office to the field, are very professional and customer oriented. Our tech , Israel, did a very thorough evaluation and repair of our system. His knowledge and experience was huge plus in resolving our A/C issues. The Dr Watts team comes highly recommended in my book!

Called on Monday for an issue and technicians Allen and Gerardo came out the next day. They fully explained everything and made an upgrade suggestion. There wasn’t an hard sell on anything but I decided a whole home surge protector was a good idea. Great work

Allen was very profesional and was able to explain complex electrical topics to the common man.

We allowed Dr. Watts to revamp our whole electrical system, including relocating our service panel. When our HVAC technician came to do our winter service, he informed us that the 'new' system had reduced the heat breaker from the 80 amps it was in the past to only 60 amps, which is not adequate for our system. We paid a great deal of money for incompetent service. Do not use this company.
