Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing Austin

So the family sat down to watch a movie last night and realized the place was eighty degrees. Cue the obligatory early summer panic as we realize the ac is blowing warmish air and something’s definitely wrong. We inherited our place very recently and were in an apartment prior to this so suffice to say we hadn’t dealt with ac repair in a while. My wife suggested we call Goettl in the morning because she likes what she’s heard.

So i called around ten this morning. Smoothest setup for an appointment I’ve dealt with in a long time - a great first impression . Friendly employees on the phone who managed to work me in the same day (no mean feat at the beginning of what I’m sure is their busiest season). Pricing beat expectations. We set up planning on their technician to arrive at five. Nothing’s ever that simple though and i had to unexpectedly pick up a family member from work around 4:00. Got a call asking if i was home around fifteen minutes later. Of course, i told them i couldn’t get back until closer to the agreed upon time.

No complaints at all; “we’ll see you then!” Wow. See, I know technicians run behind sometimes, it’s part of the job and I don’t mind accounting for it. But they were not only on schedule to be early, they were totally willing to go with what worked for me. That already put them at the best service I’ve ever had before Jarod even got here.

As for the man himself, well. Prompt, professional, polite. Made the kids smile and the adults laugh. He found the problem, addressed it and got our home cool again while also getting us a great deal. We’re in an older home and i know we’ll need to replace the whole kit and kaboodle sooner rather than later; now i also know where I’ll be going to get it done. Thanks Jarod!

I had a gurgle sound coming from my sink. Tech was able to figure out the root of the issue, tell me my options and quoted me for the repair. He was very personable and listened. I was so pleased and will no longer have an annoying sound from my kitchen.

We had a decrepit HVAC system in our condo that was dripping. Chris R was the technician that came out to assess our system and couldn't have done a more thorough job. Not only that, he made sure to explain every single detail to ensure myself and my wife were fully aware of the issues we would be facing short and long term. His advice ultimately helped us make the crucial decision to get a brand new system in place - although it was expensive, it was well worth the price! Customer service of Goettl was impeccable from beginning to end. Chris made sure to document everything that needed to be done, Carlos and Juan came the following morning (talk about quick turnarounds too) and installed everything effectively. They were extremely polite, clean and efficient, getting the entire job done in less than a day! I would highly recommend the three of them as well as Goettl to any of my friends and family, as well as all of you reading this. Excellent job.

The whole experience was professional; Chris Rios came and inspected my heat and air system which imo was shot, and it was, got my old unit running so I could get some relief from the heat and humidity. He didn’t have to do it, but I was sooo glad he did. He ran through my options; repair or replacement and pros and cons of each. Very thorough.
Next was John with financing. He was patient and helpful with finding me the right package.
Juan Falcon and Carlos were the installers. Arrived early and worked until the job was done. Cleaned up afterwards and left it like they found it.
Overall a great experience.

Carlos Y, Cobi, and Jonny did a great job installing my new HVAC system. I have never seen the attention to detail that this team provided. They obviously enjoy what they do and are proud to be working for Goettl. Everyone at Goett has been great and I would 100% recommend them.

I had an HVAC technician from another company come out yesterday to see what could be done to get my air conditioning working; even temporarily. I was advised that it would be necessary to replace the entire system. Period. He offered no other options or assistance. The technician was only here for a short time and spent virtually no time actually trying to make any repairs. Today, I was visited by Jarod Wallquist from Goetti Air Conditioning. What a HUGE difference! He was understanding of my specific issues and exhibited kindness and compassion. He got my old A/C system up and running within a short time. The cost was reasonable, and I now have coverage for my system and plumbing needs. I am aware that my system is old, outdated, and needs replacing. By getting my current one working, I can work with Jarod and the team at Goetti to replace my A/C system without the stress of needlessly trying to survive in the oppressive heat. I am no longer feeling pressured to make an unexpected major investment RIGHT NOW, but I have been given time to plan for the financing of the project. Satisfied with the service. They ran late but let me know. Jackson was great, did his thing explained my system to me way better than my last AC tech. I'll use them again

Cobi and A.J. Were great at installing our AC. Did a great job. Very clean, punctual, and quick turnaround in very hot weather.

Honest and transparent. Another company who actually installed the unit in our New Construction home flat out lied to us and said we needed a new blower. Turns out the filter was just dirty and Jerod from Goettl came out and immediately diagnosed the issue, saving us hundreds of dollars in unnecessary labor and parts. I cancelled my maintenance plan with my previous big name AC company and signed up with Goettl’s service plan for not only AC but plumbing too. All because of honesty. Thank you Goettl.
