A/C was freezing up. Called Goettl. Scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Communication was very clear. Joshua showed up exactly when he said he would. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with the A/C. Courteous, professional, clean, and on time. NOT a former federal inmate. Less than 24 hours from start to finish. What more could you want?

Chris Rios, the tech that came out to assess the problem, was polite, professional and helped explain the problem and walked me through the options for repair. Always appreciate the extra care they put into their work! Would recommend.

Had my AC go down suddenly and called to have it serviced or fixed. They were able to get on it quickly and Chris Rios did a good job explaining what was wrong and game me good options to fix the issue. He did a good job fixing things and knocked it out fast.

Before the crew left they walked me through the install of the system, ensured my smart thermostats were setup and working and cleaned up after themselves. We have used Goettl for our plumbing services over the years here in Austin but this time they came out and did an annual check up on our 11 years old AC unit. Chris Rios did a great job! He showed up on time, was professional and courteous, and made some great suggestions about what we could do to make our AC better without pushing an up sell. He told me he’s been doing HVAC work for over 15 years and it was evident he knew what he was doing. He didn’t talk down to me as he did each step and he understood I knew the basics of HVAC which was a great help to both of us. We also shared a great love of Mel Brooks movies which was fun to talk about too. We love Goettl and will continue to use them for both our plumbing and HVAC needs.
