I can’t even begin to express how wonderful of an experience we had with this company. Nobody likes to have to unexpectedly replace such an expensive, big part of their home. Goettl made this task as enjoyable and positive as it could be. They listened to what we wanted and what we could afford. They didn’t try to talk us into anything we didn’t need. Their customer service was top notch. Jarod, Ivan, Gustavo, Juan, and Jonny were professional and courteous. They go above and beyond for their clients. They came to assess the problem around 9:00 AM and by 9:30 PM we had an entire new system inside and out!

Start to finish the total pros at Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing got us out of an ancient, broken down air conditioning system and into an expertly installed one. Our great thanks to Joshua for diagnosing the issue and to Juan and Carlos for their expert installation of our new Goodman unit. We encountered nothing but professionalism from this remarkable team. We never thought our problem would be fixed so quickly and with such great care. Goettl does it right.

Additional thanks to Robyn in the office and Bedford who came it to put some finishing touches on the machine to get it through the inspection process. Both these folks offer top flight service and were par-for-the-course of the totally excellent service we have received from Goettl. I am so happy we chose them to do this big job for us. I recommend Goettl without qualification. Kinda wish they did more than just a/c and plumbing, they’re that good of a business.

Our new unit blows as cold as a winter wind and shows us what we were missing before. Our electric bill is down, too. Thank you, Goettl. Your hardwork and conscientious service is very much appreciated by us.

Awesome job! Gustavo and Ramiro! Anybody use Goettl air conditioning. We got a new a/c unit installed on May 6. The installers said they had to remove the steps that go into the attic but they told me don't worry a professional will come and put them back up. Well they are still on the floor in the garage and every time we call they say we are making a note of this and giving it to a supervisor who will call you back shortly! It never happens! So if you use Goettl be careful!

On time, efficient, and very courteous team members! Our 2 year old wanted everything to do with the guys helping us from service, sales and install. Each one of them was very patient and kindly engaged with him. Job said it would take 8-9 hours and our brand new furnace/AC, and new insulation was installed in only 6 hours. Will hire again if ever needed!!

Was having AC issues and a technician was able to come out the same day we called. Chris Rios did a great job showing and explaining in detail the problems we were experiencing with our unit. In the end, it was best for us to replace the entire unit. A crew was actually able to come out the next day to install the new unit. Juan and Carlos did the installation and did a great job! They were on time and were thorough. Happy with the entire process!

Jackson was very professional and set a great reputation for Goettl! We had a wonderful experience having our AC maintenance done after having trouble with other AC companies in the area. He was very patient and persistent. We really appreciated that he took the time to find the AC drain and solve the problem, which can be difficult in a 3rd floor condo! Highly recommend Goettl and will be requesting Jackson in the future for any other AC maintenance, repair, or replacement that we need.

They have been our go-to since buying a new build a couple of years ago. New houses should have nothing wrong- right?? LOL!! Our tech Joshua T. was awesome today. He was running ahead of time, super friendly and very knowledgeable! Really appreciated his help today!!

Wanted to update here. We had Cobi and AJ out to do a reseal on our handler and plenum of our system along with a full duct cleaning. They did a great job. Cleaned up everything and sealed our system thoroughly. We appreciate all of their work and their answering our questions. Great work!

First time using Goettl. Joshua came out today to address an issue with our compressor. He was very thorough looking through everything, and had the issue sorted promptly.

Additionally, we had some other questions and concerns about how our system was installed and what needed to be addressed. We really appreciated his candor in explaining what was and wasn't important. Thanks!

Jayrod was an excellent help and did an amazing job! He made everything easy to understand and walked me through how the air conditioning system worked WHILE fixing it! Any future problems I will for sure call him out again! Thanks Goettl!

I'm leaving a 5 star review only because that's the max allowed, it should be a 10 star!
We had Goettl out for routine service on our HVAC system. (it's about 6 years old, but with Goettl maintaining it, it's running like a champ). The house itself though, and ducts, are 50 years old and having issues. Goettl cleaned them up, replaced the plenum, sealed it all up and added an antimicrobial UV light to boot and now we're like, "what pollen"? :)
