We had an AC leak in a 15 year old attic unit that caused a collapse of our ceiling due to water damage. Called Goettl to inspect the unit. Jarrod arrived later in the day for the inspection & told us what we knew... we needed a new unit. He helped us identify the right unit for us. We scheduled the install for the next day. Juan and Carlos arrived on time and did a fantastic job installing our new AC system, effectively and efficiently. Great service all around. Thanks for taking care of us so quickly!

Jackson was extremely nice. The initial greeting and the surprising gifts were impressive. He was knowledgeable and explained the entire repair process as he was fixing the clogged AC pipe. He had a pleasant conversation with my wife as well. Overall, excellent experience!

Holiday weekend late Friday was quoted but after we
Signed up for their “club” which has some reasonable services cancelled the Friday night service and put me on Saturday. I was disappointed but was to be expected on the holiday night. Saturday was professional however there seemed to be a lot of up selling. We will try their service for the year and re evaluate

I have used Goettle for three years and would recommend Gustavo Falcon. He is very professional, always on time and the best problem solver I've met. I would recommend Gustavo for any AC repairs - he knows what he is doing and professional completes his work and does a great job cleaning up after he is finished. I always ask for him because I know he will do it right the first time.

There’s nothing like having your almost brand new AC start shutting off intermittently during a hot spell! I went online and made an appointment with Goettl and they had availability the next day. Jackson arrived and within 3 minutes was able to diagnose the problem, explained a workaround if it should happen again and after looking at the outside unit and under the house, discovered that the builders had failed to install a pea trap and vent as required. I cannot say enough good things about this company thus far, from the appointment confirmation people to the dispatch team, everyone has been professional and so very kind. This is Jackson’s last appointment of the day and it’s well past 7 at night and he’s still smiling and glad to help! Bravo Goettl!!!

Always great service - Jackson was punctual, efficient & completed a thorough assessment and repair of the HVAC issue. Goettl made the experience easy from start to finish which is much appreciated during the current heat wave.

Called Goettl based on great reviews. They lived up to the reviews. Scheduling person asked all the right questions to diagnosis what we needed, and Richard came out and replaced a frozen valve under the sink. Best service call of any technician from any trade I've ever encountered. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, clean, and helpful beyond expectations. He discovered another valve was broken in the house and gave a quick, no pressure, estimate for that repair as well. I won't call anyone else going forward.

Great experience all around. Gustavo and Ramiro were right on time did a great job cleaned up and was done when they said they would be!! Second time I have used then and professional and will use them again.
