Jason was recommended by a good friend and from the second he arrived you could tell he was different. At no point did I feel any pressure from him but he is incredibly knowledgeable and wants you to make the absolute best decision for your needs.

He emailed a quote to me that evening and we sent some emails back and forth before deciding on a package and scheduling installation.

Matt and crew arrived and were timely, courteous, informative, and did really clean installation work. They finished right when he thought they would, left not a spec of trash behind, and I've been happy with a cold blowing AC since they left last week.

Matt and Kevin replaced both the indoor and outdoor equipment supplying heating and cooling to the upstairs area of my house. They pre-announced their arrival via phone and text, they arrived on schedule, they introduced themselves cordially and professionally, and they asked to see all of the areas they'd be working in. They put down floor and carpet protection without my asking, explained everything they were going to need to do, and then got to work. Several hours later all of the new gear was in place, everything was cleaned up, packing materials were taken away, and the guys took great pains to explain the details of financing and the operation of the new gear.

The entire experience was a pleasure. Matt and Kevin - and Adrian, on the occasions he has come to either repair things or do preventative maintenance - are pleasant, focused, obviously highly skilled, and conscientious. This is a first-rate organization, one that I recommend without reservation.

Great experience with Alamo Austin Air on a new heat pump and air handler install. I thought I could get by this winter on our emergency air strips after our heat pump went out. Since we just moved into the home we were not anxious to spend the money needed to fix our actual problem. After a few cold day we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and replace the whole system as it was aging and seeing multiple issues. Could not be happier with our decision and the quality work done by the guys at Alamo. Installation was painless, clean, well done, and not a scratch or ding on our newly painted walls or floors (another reason we were hesitant to replace). Thanks again, we will be returning to Alamo Austin Air for any and all future maintenance and repair.

Excellent experience with Alamo Austin for an AC replacement. I was impressed with the thorough proposal, responsiveness, and installation. No, they were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive, but they offered the most comprehensive service and explanations that included some physical and electrical adjustments needed for optimal efficiency of the unit. Really great advice. They also were the only proposal I received of 4 that mentioned environmental stewardship. I am thrilled to have AC again! I fully recommend Alamo Air.

Alamo Austin Air did an outstanding job installing our new Carrier system. They arrived on time and completed the job in the expected time frame. They were friendly, respectful and did everything that was indicated on our contract. They went over everything before they left, walking me through next steps, how to operate the thermostat and what to expect as far as registration of the system, etc.

The Alamo Austin Air team has excellent communication skills- from scheduling to equipment order, I was kept in the loop through the entire process.

I can't say enough good things about Alamo Austin Air. After my A/C developed a leak, I contacted a number of businesses to get a proposal. Alamo was the most thorough with evaluating my existing system and providing a comprehensive explanation of my options. I ended up replacing the A/C (13 years old) and the furnace (23 years old). Jason and his team were professional, personable, knowledgeable, AND a great value. Despite having to wait a few weeks for the unit I wanted to be available, once it was, they jumped in and installed it promptly. The quality of the installation and attention to detail are an order of magnitude better than what I previously had. I have 2x units in my home and I know for sure that if I need anything with my remaining older unit, Alamo will be my first call.

We needed a whole new ac system. Jason came out quickly, had the quote to us overnight. The quote was very detailed. Jason answered our many questions and once we decided to go with the the new system, they got us scheduled quickly. The install team is extremely professional and quick. They finished ahead of schedule. The office also takes care of all of your product registration. Alamo is not the cheapest but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. In this case it’s quality air system install and design as well as great service.
