Chris did an awesome job installing our new HVAC system and fixing out leaking ductwork. The crew were very professional and took care t explain the new system to us.

Jason was nothing short of courteous, professional and knowledgable when it came to installing an Ultra-Aire whole-house dehumidifier. I cannot say enough good things about he and his crew. They were professional, meticulous and tidy. They even swept my attic upon completion of the job.

Jason's personal story of installing a whole-house dehumidifier made me realize my "allergies' were actually not just allergies but as result in living with a brand new, overly humid house.

The next morning after installation I was able to clearly breathe through my nose which was the first time I'd ever been able to do since buying this home five months prior.

We had to get a new 2nd fl HVAC system. We interviewed 4 companies and felt the most confident going with Alamo Austin Air. Jason, the owner came out and looked everything over, was very thorough and detailed in his explanations and recommendations. We did not feel pressured. A super nice guy. They were not the least expensive or the most, but seemed a fair price for all we needed done. He also brought us a room AC unit to use over the next couple days so my husband could keep working in his office. When the technicians Chris and Keith came to install, we were very impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. Answered all my questions and took pics of the work for me, since it’s up in the attic. We had 2 new plenums put in at a reasonable price in addition to the HVAC unit. It was a big job and we felt very confident seeing how much work and care they spent in doing it. The place was immaculate when they left. We will be signing up for their maintenance plan once the free first year is over. They were recommended thru our neighborhood app, which gave rave reviews for them. So happy we found them and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone we worked with at Alamo Air was amazing! We were stuck with no AC for a few days waiting for our scheduled install and Matt worked with us to provide portable units to keep our temperatures at safe levels.
Jason made sure we understood the status of our HVAC system and what options were available to us to meet our goals within our budget. And Chris and his team installed on time, cleaned the space, and walked us through the whole system to make sure we had the knowledge we will need to maintain our new HVAC for a long time.

We have had Alamo Austin Air out to service our 20 year old Carrier system for the last 3 years. They have always been on time, professional, and knew exactly how to fix the issue quickly and for a reasonable price. We finally decided to replace both upstairs and downstairs units with a new Carrier system. After multiple competing bids, we chose Alamo and could not have been happier with our choice. Jason thoroughly laid out all the options, gave us great insight into the details of the options and made it easier for us to fully understand what we were buying. This was not the same with other bids we received. Also they have a great financing option as well.

On install day, they had 2 crews show up to make sure both units were installed the same day. They were on time, explained the process, were extremely professional and efficient. It went so smoothly and the systems are working great!

Highly knowledgeable, professional, and fair/affordable. I would 12/10 recommend their services to anyone. I received 6 quotes to install a completely new AC system (including the entire attic portion) & went with Alamo based on the owners recommendations, knowledge, trustworthiness, & price.

Can't say enough good things about Jason and his team. We spent weeks getting quotes to shop the best deal for our HVAC replacement since ours finally gave out on us. Jason's quote was not only competitive, he had the products already in stock where other companies didn't foresee the upcoming shortage and weren't sure if they would be able to get what we needed. Chris and his instillation team were very professional and overall the whole team at Alamo was incredibly responsive and caring. They handled everything for us from the registration of the units to the rebate. We even got a hand written note after the install thanking us for trusting them with our install - nice touch.
