Extremely fast response. The price was right! Jason was extremely knowledgeable when he came over for the estimate. Gave us tips on how to keep house cool even before we did our replacement. When we finally did the replacement the install was fast and Kevin and team were awesome. Highly recommend!

We've used Alamo twice now, once to fix our old AC unit and once to do a complete upgrade. They were awesome both times! Quick, thorough, friendly, and explained everything along the way. They even sent a hand written thank you note after installing our new AC system. We received several quotes from other companies that were somehow more expensive and less communicative. Alamo was the easy choice! We will definitely be using Alamo for all our future AC needs.

I replaced my old unit in early December 2022. Although I wasn't in a rush, the whole process only took 5 days from the day I got the estimate on a Friday to an install on Tuesday morning. From beginning to end Alamo Austin Air was courteous, professional, very prompt and informative. Jason was fabulous and NOT a high pressure salesman. They take out all the guesswork for the home owner and offer great options to choose from. Matt was there for the quick installation and he kept me informed all the way, as well as going over how to work everything and making sure I was comfortable. Once they install, they do all the paperwork for the warranty and the rebates. Thanks for making it so quick and easy! Prices were very competitive as well. Great name brand equipment (Carrier). You are in good hands with Alamo Austin Air for replacing your AC/Heat Pump unit. Hint: If you can replace your equipment in the winter, you will get the best discounts, so don't wait! :)

Jason and his team installed a ductless mini split system in our home. Throughout the process they were communicative, very easy to work with, and punctual. After speaking with three separate companies it was clear that Jason not only offer the most reasonable pricing, but was very thoughtful about the best possible way to install. I chose Alamo Austin Air because of their high google ratings, and these guys did not disappoint me. The scheduler is very friendly and worked with me since i came in from out of town. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and fixed my unit in about 40 minutes. All it really needed was a bit of maintenance, while others were telling me I needed to start thinking about replacing my AC unit. Totally recommend them!

I loved how professional and how honest they were. Adrian came to do a repair on my old ac and got it working even tho I was in the process of getting a quote for a whole new ac. Jason came out and looked at everything and took measurements of everything to get me a quote for a new ac system same day. Kevin and Logan installed my whole new unit. 10/10 would recommend this company. I already referred a co worker to them as well!
