What I love about this business , outstanding customer service . I installed new A/C unit, and I choose them over many other companies based on my feeling that customer service truly outstanding. Jason spend his time to address all my concerns and still does.
I also felt that they will treat me the same after I install the unit. Which is very important. When I had some issues with heating, Jason, the owner, dispatch technician very next morning. They honest, friendly, professional , and they do care about cleanest of your home and your health as well, in this pandemic’s time. Highly recommended .

We had a old unit and over the years, I several different AC companies “repair” my AC and tell me we needed a new unit. They also insisted we need 2 units to replace the one , which meant new ducts, etc. I didn’t want that so we hobbled along, only to find out that they didn’t know what they were doing anyway and the repairs were actually wrong and caused other problems.

I then called Alamo Air and met Jason and his team. After Jason did some investigating, I got the real story. Jason said it was time for a new unit, but we weren’t ready to do it. So, instead of pressuring us, Jason figured out a work around and he worked with me for over two years keeping my old unit working until we were ready to purchase a new one. We just got our new system! We got three bids and Jason’s bid was the best price and I knew the service would be excellent. Everything was done in a day and the garage was cleaner than when he arrived. He also handles the rebates and taught us how to use the new system with our phones. We are really happy with our purchase.

I received a prompt reply once I called Alamo Austin Air. Jason was at my house the same day I called, and was so thorough in his inspection for my new AC installation. On the day of installation, Chris and his crew were on time, professional, and courteous. Couldn't be happier with the service! Highly recommend them!

We needed to have our HVAC system replaced and got several quotes from various companies- Alamo Austin Air not only had the best price (for a higher rated system than what was offered from others at a higher price), but they also had the best communication and customer service, so we picked them.

The installation team was also great- on time, efficient, friendly, and left everything nice and neat. Our system is working great and we could not recommend this company enough!

Wonderful experience from start to finish on replacing our AC and furnace. This was our first time replacing a unit. We had five companies out for a bid and decided on Alamo Air. Jason, the owner, did a great job of laying out the plan. He was always responsive and patient with our questions. It’s a big investment and we wanted to get it right and we did. 20 year old system finally gave up. Alamo Austin Air provided several options with different cost and capabilities. Jason helped me select the right system for my home and longterm plans. The system was not the most expensive option, so it was clear Alamo Austin Air was more interested in my needs than just how much they could get out of me. Once the decision was made, the installation team, lead by Chris, was professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. Once they were done the house bwas cooling and, other than the new system, there were no signs work was done. Great install team and great work. There is a reason this company has all 5 star reviews. Absolutely awesome work! They are one of the most professional contractors I have ever met. I have incredibly high standards for the work that is done in my home and Jason and his team went above and beyond! Jason was able to find a way to reconfigure our duct work and get our HVAC system working how it always should have. Our home used to have uneven temperatures and Jason spent a lot of time investigating how to get it balanced. Jason was incredibly attentive and took a lot of time with us to come up with a solution, he spent time discussing the project with me on the phone and then he showed up day of and helped knock out the project. The project went according to plan and the HVAC system is perfect. His entire team was respectful and professional, hard working and knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking to get quality work done. Usually I worry that contractors are cutting corners but not these guys. I have been using Alamo Austin Air for about a few years now, and these guys are amazing! I tend to really research intensely online before going with someone and these guys came highly recommended. So Adrian was my tech and he did an awesome job. He checked the entire AC unit, top to bottom and he got it working like a champ. One of the things that really blew me away was he noticed a hole in the main duct area that just had some tape over it. So Adrian not only found it and suggested it would help the unit, he came out a few days later and patched up the area like a surgeon. The quality of the work he did was second to none, top notch guy and everyone at Alamo has been awesome. If you need AC or heater work done, I would call the folks at Alamo Austin Air.

My experience with Alamo Air has always been A++. Everyone on their team is so professional and I especially like that the techs take the time to explain the repairs. I use their regular maintenance service check plan and recently they repaired a failed capacitor in no time to get my unit up and running. Keep up the excellent work Alamo Air!

Jason came to the house to give us an estimate and, by just the numbers, his bid was better that other estimates. But beyond the numbers Jason was the only person that demonstrated an understanding of how air flowed and pointed out flaws in my current AC that we have been noticing since we bought the house. Chris led the installation crew and his clear description of the work provided very clear expectations for us. Having to replace two systems at the same time made us a little anxious about price and quality of work. Jason and Alamo Austin Air surpassed our expectations.
