From the time he got there and called me the service was amazing! He explained everything and gave me a price and asked for my permission to go ahead and fix the problem.

Michael was very prompt for the appointment time and communicated the status of my heating & A/C system to great satisfaction after performing a complete check-up & routine maintenance on the system. Cost was also very reasonable. I'm very pleased with the service provided & highly recommend using Gary's Heating and A/C!

Came out same day to offer a free service they gave me in February. They honored it and got my AC blowing cold again. Not thrilled about the price of Freon they charge per pound, average is 50-85 for my unit and they charged me 150 per pound, so that is why it doesn’t get the full 5 stars. Other than that, Nick was great, informative and did exactly what we needed. Thanks again

We just moved to Amarillo beginning of June from Oregon. Our HVAC was old to start with. I called on a Friday night and they had Johnny come out Saturday. He was very professional and very informative. Our unit needed replacing. Michael came out 1-2 hours later and gave us an estimate. They even had one available and could install on Tuesday!!! So yes we had them install. The 2 guys we had were fantastic. A different Michael and his helper they did great!!!! I have 2 disabled boys and 1 who kept walking by and kinda in the way. They were all fantastic!!!!

We had a leak from the condensation pipe and decided to do a full system check. The repairman did a good job. He told us the maintenance issues that needed addressed. He explained the club this business offers with system maintenance checks but was never pushy, did not try to sell us, simply explained the options. We chose to have him do the system maintenance that was needed and joined the club for a reasonable cost.
