Young Men who installed my heating and air unit were very professional, kind, considerate, knowledgeable and hard workers. Did a great job!

We had a very professional technician Michael, that knows his trade well. He came out on time and quickly got our system fixed up, with no pressure to buy services that weren’t needed. I would recommend these folks.

All three guys were very friendly, respectful, efficient and fast! I have been a client for several years and Gary’s never disappoints!!

Dustin is the absolute best! Most conscientious, knowledgeable (and neat) heating and air guy around. He can troubleshoot ANYTHING and explains everything that he has done or that needs to be done. He is the reason we continue to call Gary’s for any HVAC issues - great service and the best people in town!

Michael Wrinkle came and repaired my heater and updated the thermostat. He explained everything very clearly and did the job quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated how nice he was to my barking dogs too. I am super-satisfied!

With the recent rain and low temps, here in Amarillo, we had no idea our old Central Heat & Air unit was slowly giving up its ghost. When we recently hit high 90s, we noticed our thermostat steadily increasing and not keeping us at a comfortable temp. Called Gary’s and got Cole out to inspect yesterday, 6/20 and give us the bad news; our 18 yr old system wasn’t fixable and we’d have to invest in a complete new system. Dustin came that same day and gave us all the info we needed and this morning 6/21, Andrew Lucero and Augi came out, took our old system out and did a full install with brand new, high efficiency equipment, lickity split. The house is quite cool (almost cold!) and the new Thermostat can be controlled by an App on my phone!

I am house sitting for a friend and the AC went out. Marc came to the rescue he was right on time (even though I was late) he got right in got everything diagnosed and fixed quickly. He was very professional and super friendly! So sorry Marc, sorry again I was late 😂

Our entire experience was super easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. They answered all of my 794 questions with patience, explained everything about the process, and were prompt and courteous. The girls at the office even laughed at my stupid jokes, so they won me over from the very beginning.
