A/C had a problem and a Technician was sent. The tech diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was finished inside of 20 minutes. Outstanding work.

Had a big job, they had a big team come in and all were professional, well mannered, and appeared to be very through and detail oriented. Cleaned after job was done. Showed me the details on how to take care of the system and use thermostat. Will use again. Job done in one business day.

Dustin and his crew were fantastic and reliable . Always explaining everything they were doing . Job they were givin wasnt easy and never heard one complaint! The technician was very good and personable. I was very upset that the part installed was not the correct part, and after having to wait for the parts to be brought from Amarillo, the part was wrong and he had to use one he had in his truck that "would work." Yet even with the incorrect part the cost was still the same.

They were very thorough and brought me in to show load tests and how to improve efficiencies. They were factual but not pushy. Was very pleased with their service!

We bought our unit a few years ago and have had a great experience with Gary’s and all the employees. They are courteous and prompt and know what they are doing. We are service members and if I need them, they show up when they say. Would definitely recommend this company and their products. Today they came in and added a humidifier to our system, I cannot say enough good about this company and their employees and products. We have never had a bad experience.
