The guys who came out and did the work we’re polite courteous and did an excellent job in a short amount of time.

They were very professional, had wonderful customer service, were on time, placed rugs to protect my floor while they were here, cleaned up before leaving, and explained everything. They were the best price especially since they included everything in one price, and none of the other estimates from other companies included everything. They even sent a thank you card, a really nice quality insulated cup and a bag. I would use them again anytime I need HVAC service.

Gary’s sets the standard in customer service from office staff to the technician in the field. It is a total circle of expertise, customer service, maintenance plan, emergency response and smart, clean and respectful. Prices are fair and explained well. I have lived in Amarillo 50 years and have used several companies over time and Gary’s is the best. It is obvious their company culture is to do it right first time and every time.

Michael was a great help and upfront about everything that I needed to do. He honestly did a great job at helping my family and I out by leading us to what was needed to get our A/C fixed and then did what was needed for our home. Joined the membership to make sure my A/C stays functional or if it goes out the rest of the way, I will for sure be calling Michael to get a new one. WILL DEFINITELY USE HIS SERVICE AGAIN.
