These people are the best because they hire the best. Michael Wrinkle is the best repairman hands down. Even when we had others they were the most professional, knew the product and got the job done right. I highly recommend this business and Michael.

Added two vents to an upstairs space making 400 square feet actually usable now. Looked like it was original to the house they did such a good job They added a switch so I can increase or decrease the air flow as needed which is important for an upstairs space so it won’t be too cold or two hot. Cleaned up after and probably was better than they found it lol

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and completed the work in 45 minutes. When I saw the bill for $787 I asked the technician how much the motor cost. He did not tell me the price, this is when I knew something was off. I researched the cost of the motor and on the high end it costs $130. So, I was charged $99 for a diagnostic fee and $688 for the replacement of the motor. If you do the math, I ended up paying $558 for 45 worth of labor. Will never use them again, they are too expensive.

Highly recommend. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and gave explanations about what he was doing in terminology and examples I could understand and relate to. He was prompt, courteous and able to replace the capacitors (made in America) during the same trip.
