Nick was quick to discover the issue, the last tech on a scheduled maintenance appointment failed to find a loose bolt/nut. 15-20 minutes later, I’ve got heat again. Great job Nick E.!!!

Gary's heat and air came out same day and did not over charge. Freezing and wearing a coat in the house again because my husband and daughter are sweaty control freaks!!!!

My heater went out (on a very cold day) and I called Gary’s Heating and Air. Michael showed up a short while later to check it out. It only took a few minutes to get on the roof and find the issue. After reviewing his findings and going over my options he quickly got to work. Within a couple of hours my house was back to normal and no longer freezing. He showed up early, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about his work.

Tina is always kind and helpful. Marc was professional, polite and spent time explaining the problem and the steps necessary fix it. Our family is grateful for Gary’s and their quick response to help get our heater functioning correctly. Always FIVE stars!!!!!
