My experience with Gary’s was great! I received nothing but efficient kind customer service from the moment I called until the end of the service visit. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my heating system quickly and made sure I was well informed of what was happening and the options I had. I would highly recommend!

Cole Knight was very thorough, personable, and professional in performing our seasonal furnace and air conditioning checks and adding refrigerant. He provided good communication in interpreting & explaining readings. Erica was also quite helpful in scheduling & communicating our service status. We will keep them and Gary’s in mind.

Originally called Gary's after another local HVAC contractor had failed me. Dustin showed up, gave me an estimate that day and had both heat pump systems replaced within a week. The downstairs unit has been troublesome but they have done what it takes to make it work correctly. Had them back this winter to put more insulation in the attic; Dustin came over and they installed it later that same day. These are the guys you want to call for your HVAC needs.

I’m not sure the names of the young men who came but they were absolutely wonderful. Very informative, very kind & took their time to inspect 2 air conditioners & 2 heaters . I would HIGHLY recommend them. I also hope they share this review with them. Good job boys. Thank you so much!

Our AC unit went out coming back from vacation on a hot day, so we called Gary’s Heating and Air to see if we could get someone out to our house to check the AC unit out, they came out that same day within the hour and got us a new system up and running. Very professional and they answered all our questions! Highly recommend

Gary’s tried to sell me a $13,000 system that I don’t need.
I was having ongoing issues with my furnace and called Gary’s to look at it. They looked at it briefly and then said the whole system needed to be replaced. I called another company for a second opinion. They spent an hour and a half working on it and gave me a good explanation of all the issues I was having. It is now working and does not need to be replaced or have the issues that Gary’s told me it had.
Only perks are that they were able to respond quickly and the quotes they gave me were reasonable if the work did need to be done.

Gary's is professional with affordable service call prices. Michael, my service tech, was knowledgeable, friendly, and more thorough than other technicians I've had from other companies. I would highly recommend Gary's, especially Michael if you ever need HVAC help!
