Don't use them!!!! This is the worst company I have come in contact with for years. After coming to my home they determined that we needed to replace the compressor portion of the unit. So 1 to 2 weeks they came back and did so. The AC unit still wasn't working correctly. After not being able to figure out what was wrong they decided that the air handler (the part of the unit thats in the attic) needed to be replaced. After 2 or 3 more weeks they came back with the new air handler. They finally "got everything working". After about a week or maybe two weeks we had water leaking out of the auxiliary drain that comes out from the overhang of the roof. This should not happen. It is only a backup system just incase the primary drain clogs. So after seeing this I went up in the attic to see what the problem could be and realized that the primary drain was leaking into the attic floor as well. After contacting the owner of the company he came out to "fix the problem". After "fixing the problem" I still have water leaking out of the auxiliary pipe. So I called the owner and was told that the unit in the attic that I was looking at was the wrong unit(we have 2 AC units in this house). After confirming that I had been looking at the correct unit and the company owner was wrong and it was still dripping into a bucket that i placed under the drain line I was told in a very condescending and belligerent tone that I should know which AC unit that they worked on because of "all of my years of experience in the industry". Some companies make you wonder how they ever got started and this is one of them. If there was a no star rating I would pick that option. RUN AWAY!!!!

Love this hometown business with excellent customer service! JW Mechanical owners are personable and dedicated. They responded quickly to our AC issue and had it fixed before the sun came up the next day. Glad to have a local business I can trust for life to make sure our system is running properly. Highly reccomend! Knowlegable, experienced, professional, dependable, and best of all LOCAL!! Wish I could give 10 stars.

Very informative and thorough on checking the problem let me know my issue was electrical. Very patient and ask if I had any questions after explaining what the issue was. Will definitely use them again.

I have the upmost respect for this company especially for what they did for a newly single mom and her boys. I am blown away by how much someone can so SELFLESSLY STEP UP with the way so many are these days dare I say pay it forward when it matters. RECOMMEND WHOLE HEARTEDLY!!!!

The technician was prompt and did a thorough investigation. This was for a second opinion since the first company we called ( not this company) tried to fleece us and our warranty company for work that was done last year by yet another company. All in all I will say that this tech knew what he was talking about and we will ask our warranty company to continue to send JW Mechanical out for all our HVAC needs.
