The gentleman that came to the house was prompt and professional. My dog loved him. He took his time to fix the furnace and found the right replacement pieces. He explained everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Great job! I didn’t know why my a/c was not working and in 100-degree temps, it’s imperative to have a/c. Jonathan showed up quickly. He found the problem and fixed it - all within 30 minutes of arriving at my house. Not only is he knowledgeable, he’s patient and took the time to explain - in simple, understandable terms - what had happened and how to prevent future issues.

Trey S. showed up on time and fixed the problem with our air conditioner in a timely manner. He was polite and kept everything clean while he worked. He knew exactly what needed to be done. We are extremely pleased with the service. Thank you!

The technician was able to detect all issues with our system and set up the next appointment soon as possible. When they came out to do the repair, they finished quickly and now our A/C pumping like never before. Thanks again, JW!

Alex Wright came out to my house 8 days ago to “fix” my air conditioner. He did something to it, claimed it was fixed, and left 15 minutes after he arrived... only to have the system do the EXACT same problem 8 days later.

If it continues to have the same problem... it’s not fixed, only delayed. Shame on this company. And sad thing is; this is the THIRD
Time I’ve had these guys come out; and The third mess up to have happened. But sadly... the company I rent through I guess have a contract through these guys, so I can choose who fixes my house issues.... be better guys,

Awesome friendly service! Our AC went out and we had tried some things, put a work order in and they came out pretty quickly. He knew right how to fix it and get it running again in less than 2 hours, even with running to the store. I’d chose them again next time.

Very responsive and friendly! Answered and sent tech after hours, only company out of many who could finally identify the problem pipe and fixed it all in the same day! Highly recommended , great locally owned AC company you can trust!

02/22/2021: JW Mechanical via Bonito Davila, came to my house during the hard freeze, February 16th and made sure our heater was in good working order. It was and continues to be a wonderful unit. I appreciate his patience in helping me understand. I also appreciate the women in JW Mechanical's office. They were so helpful.

12/04/2020: JW Mechanical completed their work on this day. They were very thorough and efficient. I appreciate the two-man team that was responsible for setting up my new heater/ac equipment. They made a good team and flowed well together, and with me, during this procedure. Well done, thank you very much!!

12/02/2020: First part of repair started. Steven Osborne with JW Mechanical Systems was professional and efficient, and patiently explained what was going on with my heater. Upon acceptance of diagnosis by my landlord, I have every confidence JW Mechanical will complete this order just as professionally and efficiently.
