I was very satisfied with the time and effort they put into this job. This was a problem created by someone else who no longer works for them. I can say that everyone involved in making this right really came through and they were so apologetic for what all I had gone through.
All I ever wanted was for the company to make my damages right and today they bought the A team and I thank you Pioneer Home Services.

We called for a plumber today when we awoke to water leaking down our laundry room wall. Pioneer sent Vince to our home for the call. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly searched to find the source. It ended up to be a roof leak! Vince was very professional and pointed out some plumbing issues that we were unaware of. We are grateful to have found a plumber we can now rely on.

Vince was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all of my questions and did a great job getting my water back on. So thankful for him and will call when another problem arises. 10 stars!!!

Great communication. Vince with Plumbing, came to check and service all my water usage. Everything was in good standing, but learned our water has very high chlorine content. I appreciate the list of solutions Vince offered and am glad to have a company I can rely on.

I was really pleased with my most recent experience. I had a lingering intermittent issue related to an HVAC installation from a few years ago that no one had successfully solved. I called Pioneer at 2pm. By 3:38, I received a text telling me that Randy H. was on his way (they included his photo). I recreated the issue so he could hear what I was hearing. By 4:09 he identified and solved the problem. It wasn’t complicated but the solution had evaded several technicians for years. Pioneer, please by Randy lunch, and I don’t mean a fast food meal. How about top notch steakhouse meal?

A concrete slab foundation is great until there is an issue with the plumbing inside that concrete! Thank goodness for Pioneer's David Elkin. There was water coming from the bottom of the slab running onto my garage floor. David found the issue, explained everything that would need to take place to solve the problem and sat patiently while I tried to digest what the solution was going to be and shed a few tears. This was not going to be an easy fix. It would require cutting and jack-hammering the concrete floor inside a bedroom to get to the water line coming into the house for the piping distribution throughout the house, making the repair and replacing the concrete. Sure enough, the leaking pipe was exactly where he said it would be. He went above and beyond, by not only replacing the leaking joint and pvc pipe with the newer better pvc piping materials but also replaced the other distribution lines with the new pvc piping materials so I won't have this issue again with those lines. Now that is service and value, not just taking care of the immediate problems but also looking to prevent any likewise future issues for the customer. I would definitely recommend David Elkin and Pioneer Plumbing to anyone in need of a great plumbing technician.

I bought my house recently and the home inspector told me I had galvanized steel pipes coming from the street to the home. I’ve been dreading replacing the line. David stopped by to inspect all of my plumbing and informed me that I had copper pipes coming to the home and the old galvanized pipes just wasn’t removed (but was disconnected) when they upgraded the plumbing for the home. He was extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely be calling Pioneer for my next plumbing project!
