There is so much to say that I could write a short story here. I had a sewage flood in the lower level of my home which I rent out as an Airbnb. Vince and Robbie were quick to get to my home to check it out. It turned out to be a bigger issue than I expected, but they both they made me feel well taken care of in what has been a stressful situation.
I was out of town when the majority of the work was done. Although, I know Kayemen, David and the rest of the team were out there working long hours to ensure I got home to working sewage lines.
After the job was complete, we found a separate flood that was caused by a loose Valve. The team was quick to take responsibility and has since gone above and beyond to make it right.
Great customer service from start to finish. If I have any plumbing issues in the future (I hope not), I know who to call. Thanks!!

Awesome service was provided today by Zach Durham Pioneer Home Services. He explained the outcome of my service and asked if there was anything else he could help me with before leaving. Great service!

Received a quote from Vince on a water heater replacement. I decided not to pursue the service today, but Vince was polite and went the extra mile by removing the water filling the pan. I really appreciate the service and care!

The tech Jeremiah that came out is highly professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend pioneer to anybody and we will be having them come out in a month or so for some other work.

I woke up one morning, it was cold and the furnace wasn’t working. Ugh. After I checked everything I could, I called Pioneer Plumbing Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They had a man here that day. That technician was Randy Harbo. Being knowledgeable and skilled, Randy had it up and running in about fifteen minutes. He then spent time to explain what was wrong and if it continues to be a problem, he had taken pictures and knows what parts I would need. This was the second time I’ve needed Pioneer heating technicians and only have good complements. I wish I could say the same about their plumbers.

Jeremiah responded to our service call to fix recurring electrical issues. He identified the problem and clearly communicated the issue and solve with my husband. We would highly recommend Jeremiah for electrical work. He was personable, dependable, professional & knowledgeable.

Kylie explained everything that he did during my electrical inspection. He explained everything he was checking and any problem he saw during the inspection. He even answered my neighbors questions while he was at our house. Thank you Pioneer and Kylie for making sure our house is safe.

David came by twice and the second time on his way home after 5 pm, explained and showed us everything that was wrong, fixed it immediately and gave us all the helpful tips. One of the most friendly people I’ve had the pleasure of having help with something like this. Great attitude, great work, will definitely request him specifically for future issues.

Today I had my annual plumbing and electrical inspection from Pioneer Home Services. Jeremiah Olsen, David Elkin and Michael were all great. They were very respectful of my home, explained everything they were checking out and looking for. The took pictures and walked me through all their findings and recommended multiple options for service. I have used their service for several years now (formerly Surfin' Plumbers) and always been very pleased with the work and the customer service of their employees.

We had Jeremiah come out and help us fix our tankless hot water heater, and he was so helpful and friendly. Easily the best electric company and employees I’ve ever come into contact with.
