Jeremiah was super helpful, fast and efficient. I cannot recommend him enough. Our electrical issues are resolved now, in a few hours.

Jeremiah was very thorough and fixed several electrical issues we were having. He knew what he was doing! All resolved. We didn't realize there are safety benefits to maintaining a fuse box. I'm glad we scheduled the service call, and thank you to Jeremiah!

David E. did a great job replacing a damaged sewer clean-out. He went above and beyond on this job as he had to dig up a bunch of large rocks to replace the pipe. Overall a great experience.

He was super informative, and told us to get new air filters, told us every issue within heating, cooling, and plumbing (it’s an old house, if y’all can’t tell) Gave us all the precautions we could make. Was so friendly- thank you Pioneer Plumbing!

1st: David is heaven-sent! He not only fixed all our plumbing, he went above and beyond giving us tips for our own maintenance, was as friendly as could be and even loved on our dogs! Felt like a friend was helping us. Will definitely ask for him in the future if anything else comes up! Would give 6 stars if possible.

I called last week with what I thought was an electrical problem with my cooktop. Thankfully, that was not the case. However, figuring out why my backyard lights were not working turned out to be the ultimate scavenger hunt. But Thomas found it, and 2 hours later, with new wiring, new outlet, and a new switch, I was good to go. I appreciate Thomas's determination and time with getting my lights working again.
