I recently received a call from pioneer regarding my service contract that includes a plumbing inspection. We set up an appointment. The Appointment setter was incredibly nice and efficient. Also she was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Vincent was the plumbing technician that came, And right on time. Super knowledgeable and respectful of the property, Even put up with my big goofy dogs. Showed me his concerns regarding the house. Worked on a three option proposal. Absolutely no pressure,or leaving you with a sense of urgency or doom. Leaving my wife and I time to talk it over. They use 21st century technology to communicate, accept offers. Sign contracts. Pay bill ect. Fantastic,friendly, stay in communication. Highly qualified personnel.

Had a backup that flooded our basement bathroom. Call Pioneer and they sent Vince out the next morning. He cleared the blockage and installed a new water heater same day even staying as late as it took to get it done, so we wouldn’t be without hot water. Vince was knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. I’d recommend Pioneer any day!

We purchased our HVAC via the surfing plumbers. I won't get into THAT experience but I will say that Randy Harbo at Pioneer Home Services has restored my faith in the company. His work ethic is exemplary, and he represents the company very well. I'd give more stars if I could!

My project was a complete replacement of the hvac and duct work. From the salesman Rob, to the techs that handled all the physical aspects of the job Jeff,Randall,Tracy and Aiden, were very professional. At the end of each day they would update us on the progress and any problems which slowed them down. Their cleanup after the job was amazing and went far beyond what other companies had done in the past.
Amazing professionalism, would highly recommend them to anyone!!
