I got delivery for this company, but they canceled the order, and didn't report to broker about that. Just resend me to another warehouse and broke my hours and second stop. Bad experience

The only company in nashville that will actually fix you unit. All the rest try to sell a new unit. Others cannot repar anything lee and hiller occasionally make things worse.

American heating cooling Saved me from a disaster happening I was desperately needing someone to help me with a bad leak coming from my ceiling ,I called 7 company before I ran upon American H.C.they were the only ones willing to come and help me ,in 2 hour they were there .Jose and Chris where my 2 Knights in shining amor ,they were friendly courteous and efficient they fixed the problem in a timely manner and even went above and beyond there duties and swepted and
mopped up all the water I had in the floor ,all with a smile .I really appreciated that help.Thank you American H. C.For your great service and great service workers!

Had issues with this company. Jasen, the manager, called my husband and offered to not charge anything and to send out another tech to complete the work that was left undone.

Had a problem with improper installation that caused a flood in a Drees home. Mitchel blamed it on their subcontractors subcontractors subcontractor. Took no ownership for the problem.

Justin stopped by and fixed the AC in a very timely and professionally manner. Amazing service that I highly recommend!

STAY AWAY! This company left duct work detached under the house. The unit was blowing into the crawl space instead of the house. I only discovered once I crawled under the house.
