I needed help with pump issues last year. Lee Company came through for me with flying colors. Now I pay $8.25 per month for quarterly inspection of my electric, heating and air, plumbing...I have confidence they check and correct whatever needs to be done. I am very impressed with their service.

can't say enough good things about Lee Company; our A/C went out Friday night around 7ish...they had a tech there within 2 hours to look at it and give us the awesome news that the unit was very old (21 years) and would cost more than it's worth to fix...Saturday morning they sent someone to help us figure out what to do next...Sunday morning 2 men came to our house and began installing the new unit, they worked until 4-5 pm despite it pouring rain all day...within 48 hrs. of the air going out we had a new unit and were cool once again...I wish all companies had this commitment and work ethic

Service person from Lee company arrived on time and was equipped to work on our furnace. Although indications were that we may need a new air conditioning unit and perhaps a furnace as well, I was impressed with the courteous, professional, and knowledgeable manor that the service man displayed. Lee Company was recommended to me by several of my personal friends. I would also recommend Lee Company for your service needs.

Contacted Lee Company as I have done in the past for a clogged drain. After being at the house for the majority of the morning/day the drain was not fixed. Tech had to leave for additional equipment and help. Was still charged over $300 for something that wasn't fixed. Called another plumbing company who showed up and had the drain opened in about a hour. Techs took the time to show me video ans explain different options concerning the issue. I can understand a service call fee but charging full price for something that was not repaired or even other options given seems a little unfair.

Just signed up for their membership program a few months ago when they replaced all my drains. Another plumber had quoted 24% higher for a little less work.

Had our first spring service on the AC under the plan and it was very thorough. After checking all the stats on the unit they then climbed into the crawl space and checked all the ducts! All included in the monthly fee.

Very pleased we sign up for their club, much more professional than my prior provider and less expensive.

I'm beyond frustrated starting yet again at 4am this morning dealing with another loud water leak that awoke me. It's part of the ongoing problem I've been dealing with for months knowing we have defective Pex piping and have had Lee Company out for repairs and a full consultation and quote to replumb, replace and repair pipes, duct and HVAC units, along with the drywall, flooring, and mold damage resulting from this defective piping. I've been delayed and delayed trying to get a homeowners insurance quote started because the people who have come out, can't simply email me the quote. Hiller had it the same day, but I kept wanting to trust and reuse Lee Company for this massive undertaking based on years of experience, especially with my commercial properties. This morning is just my breaking point as I've got tons of emails where I have followed up with your customer service and been told, "No problem, we'll send it to the field manager and get that to you today." I've never gotten anything.
