A/C Plus Inc Heating & Cooling

I have been an AC Plus customer since 2017 for multiple HVAC installations (thank you Tim and crew!). I also use them for routine cleaning and maintenance service (Mark is awesome!). I am very pleased with their professionalism and highly competent work. Competence is my number one criteria when choosing any service provider, and these guys have consistently delivered - they know their stuff. They also are happy to take the time to show me all of their work and explain how the systems function, which I greatly appreciate. I recommend them frequently to friends and family. I seldom leave reviews, but these guys deserve it.

I highly recommend this company for your AC repairs. I had another company come out and drop the ball big time. I called A/C Plus and spoke to a wonderful lady named Karen who immediately got my information and said they would have a tech out today. Within a few hours Phillip showed up quickly assessed the unit and had it repaired in no time. Karen even did a follow up call later that afternoon. Phillip was very informative and extremely helpful. All great wonderful people.

A/C Plus replaced both our units in 5 hours. They were efficient with many professionals working in unison to complete the job so quickly. Their price was reasonable, and all our options were explained in detail for us. We were impressed with the company and their attention to detail. I highly recommend them!

I have used other local services in the past and I've been left feeling like it was just another job. The entire staff that I have worked with at AC Plus was knowledgeable and hardworking. I made an initial call at 330 one afternoon and they had someone at my house within a couple hours and he worked through issues quickly.

We ended up needing a new unit and they were all extremely helpful. They didn't just sell us a unit or perform service, they took the time to explain things to us and educate us on the entire process.

They were prompt, friendly, and helpful. This kind of work is not cheap but they made it a lot less painful through their quality of customer service.

First time using A/C Plus. I filled out the simple form on their website. Described my issue and received a callback promptly. Lady on the phone was great. Told me they could have someone out to my house within 2 hours.

Our Service guy, Daniel, called ahead before arrival. I was at work, with a family member at home, but Daniel kept me fully informed over the phone. He really helped me out. He was only at the house for a short while, fixing the problem with our A/C not cooling and pointing out what had been causing a leak with our freon.

This was the best experience with any service company I've ever had. Felt more like a friend doing you a solid. Absolutely call A/C Plus first. Thanks again, Danny.

I scheduled same day service with A/C Plus Inc and the service was amazing. Mark was able to come out and identify the issue with our AC unit very quickly. He then resolved the issue and got our heating and cooling working within 15 minutes of being on site. I am very thankful for Mark, he was great to talk to and was able to answer several questions I had regarding future upgrades my wife and I would like to have to our heating and cooling system. 10/10 amazing service!

During the routine maintenance it was discovered that my duct work needed repair due to a critter in the crawl space. I worked with Tim to get a quote and the same week the team was out to get the work done. They were very quick, professional, and considerate that I work from home. They also found a drainage issue with my upstairs unit and corrected it without me even asking. I would highly recommend A/C Plus for any HVAC needs I’ve been a customer and will continue to be one.

I want to let people know what a great business this is. My lower A/C unit was going out and I called A/C Plus to be one of the companies to give me an estimate. The salesman, Tim, is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He came out, gave a fair qoute, patiently answered all of my questions, and acted as a partner would in terms of listening and recommending the best solution for my family's needs; he waited patiently for 4 WEEKS while I looked at my options, askem more questions, and NEVER pressured me into buying from him. Their qoute also beat out 2 other local companies by about 1 thousand dollars. Tim also took the time to answer my questions and make recommendations on air purification and cleaning systems for my house.....so much so that I decided to purchase two cleaning units, one for each unit in the house. On the day of the installation, I thought I would see two technicians. I got more than that...to my surprise Tim showed up and introduced me to Will and Lee. These guys immediately told me exactly how they were going to do the work, listened to my installation concerns, and provided solutions. The team also came with an expert to seperately install the new air cleaners (Iwave-R), and a seperate expert to Uninstall and make new connections for the gas to the unit. Will & Lee ran into an issue with my homes wiring, called for help, and made the fix without an additional charge despite that work taking an hour or two more. Tim then had their senior service technician call on me while the work was being done to tell me NOT to take their service plan the first year because the unit was under the full manufacturer's warranty AFTER I had told them I was going to purchase their 5 year maintenance agreement. That saved me about 150 dollars when they could have just sold me the plan. After the work was done, Tim, Will, and Lee took the time to clean up the mess inside and outside and then took me through how to use the new programmable thermostat was operated. I have to tell you, I was impressed with their work, and service, in EVERY way. I had this company recommended to me several years ago and wish I had taken advantage of their services sooner. If you think this review was left by a company employee, I can assure you it was not. CALL Tim and ask to speak to me. He will get you in touch and I will answer any question you have. I feel like I am now a part of their family and I will be a loyal customer for life based upon what I have seen today.

I am utterly blown away by A/C Plus and our tech Daniel. Not only was getting a tech out quick and easy, but Daniel was professional, understanding, informative and did everything to make us feel at ease with our repair.
