The best company around!! When my heat went out they came to the house within 2 hours. Clint, the technician was kind, knowledgeable, and VERY impressive! He diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes and even checked to see that it was under warranty for me. I called Hiller and Lee company and they couldn't get to me for days, were difficult to talk to, and left me hanging. Fann's was the best all around!!! Highly reccomend!
We have been using Fann's since 2009. They are so great to work with. We have been able to count on them for quick repairs when needed. Also, we just recently had to replace our air unit and they went out of their way to accommodate a time when I could be home. Very professional and courteous installation. I highly recommend these folks!

Do NOT use this company!! My family does business with them for my home for God knows why, because they are rude and unprofessional. First, Tina the receptionist is so incredible rude and condescending. She would refuse to give me any information on the repair when I am the person that has to be home for the repair person to come!! THINK TINA 🤔 then gets smart when I ask when they will be there so I can be off work but says if the whole unit is outside they don’t need me there. Well how would I know what exactly the repair is considering I’m not the homeowner and y’all won’t give me any other information and the repair man kept coming inside when he diagnosed it…Then is gonna laugh. Tina, You are rude and need some lessons in customer service..or maybe a new job. Your attitude is perfect for a Walmart cashier or a convenience center attendant.
Also - a separate company came out and diagnosed the problem as something cheaper and could have fixed it sooner than 3 weeks. Unfortunately I rent from family and they decided this hillbilly bumpkin company is much better to patronize.
Take your hard earned money elsewhere unless you’re okay with your family baking in the heat for an indefinite amount of time only to be berated by the washed up wench at the front desk.
I've recently changed my opinion on this company. Their quality of work has dropped dramatically since February 2020. On the plus side if anyone's air is out on the weekend just tell them your already a customer (they can't check to see if your telling the truth) and they'll come right out no matter what time.They even bill you in the mail like the old days so you can take your time paying or not..

Our unit was pretty much done and instead of pushing us into a new unit they took the time to listen to our scenario and took care of us in a way that worked best for us. 5 Stars! Highly recommend!
I called Fann's because I had a problem with my heat. A technician name Ed checked it out. He was very polite and tried to explain to me what was wrong. Not knowing about heating he tried to explain it in terms I would understand. Well I needed a new compressor. He did a great job and I was very satisfied. Price was reasonable and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you for giving me my heat. Especially on such a cold day.
These guys are great! Had 2 new HVAC systems installed plus duct replacement. They were very professional, timely, and very reasonable prices. Got it all done in about 6 hours. Explained everything along the way and answered any question I had including the stupid ones I know I asked. New customer for Fann's!
5 star service. Air went out over the weekend! Called this morning (Monday) when they opened at 8. They were here in less than hour and within 20 mins we had air again. Would highly recommend!
I received a lot of poor service in my life, but this one is right up there on my top list of few that really take the cake. I’d say this has been several months in the running, total. Between the non-returned calls and no shows, I’d be mortified to find that anyone would do business with them. The sad part in all of this is that the need for service is for a church. I can’t count the times I’ve heard, “We’ll get over there in the next few days.” Unfortunately, we're now looking at over a week of waiting for the plumbing of our gas line. We dreaded calling them back because the last time, we got several run-arounds about fixing a central air system they put in. That sure was a big amount of money for something that doesn’t work all that well. My hope is that we are the only ones who have had to deal with this poor service - I also hope they decide to step it up and better the company for the sake of their clients - as a business owner myself, your name is everything.
I just called them to get an estimate on getting a coil replaced on my 3 year old Bryant AC unit. Immediately I was told they would have to charge me a service call. She then asked where I lived and I said, "Brentwood." She laughed and said, "Oh we don't go to Brentwood." I said, "Ok sorry to bother you." I guess business is so good they can't drive 20 minutes to Brentwood to fix a unit they are certified to repair.
