Had a short wait. Counter sales were busy. Materials ordered and brought up to the counter in a short amount of time. Price of materials was less than the big chain stores and a better quality.

United Refrigeration has been around for 90 years . There staff have worked at the murfreesboro store for as long as I can remember and I've been doing heat and air 20 years .Very knowledgeable with just about anything you need and they are not over priced .

They were wonderful! That fella named Chris was a wonderful help! I rarely get customer service as helpful and friendly as he was
