Had a kitchen (double sink) and two bathroom sinks completely clogged. I tried everything possible to clear them. Lee Company sent two technicians out. They first did the video surveillance of the clean out hole, then used these machines on each individual sink. The drain system was cleaned in a few hours.

01/20/20 Lee company had previously installed a HVAC system for our upstairs and was here for a followup electrical inspection which we had paid to the company. Our water heater was leaking and he advised Lee Company could replace it and gave my wife a verbal quote, which was high but they had done a good job on the HVAC system. They arrived promptly and did the worst job I have ever seen in replacing the water heater. I've replaced a couple of water heaters and would have done this one but was attending a funeral out of state. The electrical was left exposed and used the old cover off of the old heater. The overflow drain was left open to drain on the concrete floor next to the wood flooring in the living room. The expansion tank exceeded past the opening of the closet making it useless. The drain valve was over the plastic floor pan. The cutoff valves were put in backwards and for $1,795 they used pex tubing which works but will end up leaking in a few years. Also, the 50 gallon tank which was used to replace our 80 gallon tank was installed past the line on the closet. I understand why they are so prompt so a better company with reasonable rates wont have the time to respond. I called the company the day I got back it's been 3 days and no one from the company has returned my call.
UPDATE
01/29/2020. Lee Company just left, they moved the water heater back about 4 inches to allow the door panel to close. They connected the drain line (which had been open to drain on the floor) to the drain pan, and reconnected the power line after removing the old plastic cover. They explained the PEX connection are industry standards and usually better than the copper. The drain bib for annual inspection is over the drain pan for easier access. They made it right! Changed my rating to a 3 for the delay and initial work.

Water heater replacement went well, no issues so far 1 week in, will update if issues arise. 6 year coverage on it is nice too.

I had plumbing maintenance performed by Zach, which was exceptional. He was on time, polite, and thorough. I am however, disappointed with the company itself. I pay for the monthly maintenance plan for my daughter and she had it on autopay and it worked well until last fall. Suddenly, they stopped taking out the monthly fee and when she had her last HVAC maintenance the technician told her she needed to give him a check for $8.25, even though the payment had just been taken from her account. She gave it to him but when she called the company she was told she was on the annual plan. She had not changed her plan, did not want to change to annual and had not paid the annual fee. When attempting to correct this matter, she was told she would have to wait until next year, which makes no sense. Zach had said he would have Mr. Valentine contact us but that hasn't happened as of yet. Also, in the heat of summer last year I needed help because my HVAC went out. I called on a Friday and was told no one was available and they couldn't promise me anyone could get to me by Monday and suggested I call someone else. The excuse was one tech was on vacation and one got sick. I understand people get sick but this was unacceptable. I ended up buying a new system elsewhere. Zach was excellent but I am less than satisfied with the rest of my plan. I also get numerous calls reminding me I am eligible for my maintenance. I know what I am entitled to and an email reminder is fine but I don't want to receive so many calls. My health is not good and calling several times a day is not appreciated. Tech Lloan Gomez was prompt coming on Friday before Memorial Day & installing two minor toilet rebuilds as one was broken, explained problem & very neat. Excellent service.
