    After coming the first time to assess the problem with our refrigerator, it was determined that a part had to be ordered. I was given an estimate of well over $500 which required a deposit of half to order the part & secure a return visit. When the tech came back & installed the part, we paid the balance, thinking we were done. However, the problem was not resolved & it turned out that the wrong part had been installed so the tech had to come out a third time & install the correct part.
    I will not be relying on this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone else, either.

    After a power outage, my working refrigerator stopped making ice and does not cool down to the set temperatures. I scheduled a service call online.

    Repair technician arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a cost estimate which I accepted. He had the needed parts in his truck. The work took about three hours to complete. Everything functioned properly after the repair.

    I though the cost was rather high but the service was excellent. I did not have the time to shop around and compare.

    Never use this company. I requested an appointment then canceled it. The technician called me his names was Charles Beasley,and asked if I still wanted to cancel. Long story short after price negotiation I said he could go ahead and come. After he changed the price and argued with me in my own home I made a complaint. That's when I learned that he canceled the job with the company and preformed the work on his own time,outside the scope of the company. So this company exposed me and my family to an incompetent criminal and will not do anything about it. He charged my card double without me consenting or knowing and this company sent this man to my house!

    We had your technician do a maintenance inspection on our Air Conditioning system. The service was fine but the scheduled time was from 8:00 to noon which is not good since I was waiting all morning for him to arrive. He did not arrive, we called and he finally came at 1:30. Not good.

    Refrigerator not cooling. Tech said it was thermostat and that was. It the problem. I was not informed if the price of the repair when they diagnosed the problem. I expected a local repair service and did not know this company is located out of my state. They contracted a tech thst lives over 2 hours away from me and the repair lasted one day and cost me over $426.00 for a thermostat which was not even the problem. I should get some money back for mid information on your service. I am in the process of looking into the price I was charged with my attorney. What an outrageous amount I had to pay &426.00 for a thermostat.

    Air conditioning tech was doing a free heating ck on my heat pump compliments of AHS and found a problem with the heat pump pressure. He called AHS and a work order was issued at this time to make repairs. Repairs were completed. The heating checkup and the repairs required were finished in about two hours. I was very satisfied with the AHS response and the quality of the tech that was sent by AHS.

    This business for two days in a row scheduled me at a time I specifically requested, had no one show up during that time frame, and had no one called me or give me updates during that time frame. I had one employee call me thirty minutes after the scheduled window and they asked if I could reschedule for two hours later. I told them I couldn't and requested the next day for a specific time frame. The next day no one showed up, again. I just called to cancel the service. I understand workers are busy and you have a business, but customer service and communication could be vastly improved here. A simple update that my worker is behind on time and would be arriving later would have helped. I'm also working at an office where I am seeing clients privately and the room is only open when I am here, so I had to specifically take time out of my own business to keep this office open with no clients in it for a cleaning. A very poor experience.

    Still waiting for them to find a contactor after 2 weeks to fix an issue. All their subcontractors 4 assigned to me so far, never made any attempt to contact me. Their subcontractors have bad reviews on Google. Not sure the business model of this organization with subpar contractors.

    American Home Shield offered a special low price for inspecting my heat pump and furnace for the coming winter season. The contractor was on time, professional, and found a wire that needed repairing. Recommended.

    Sent to do pre-season check on furnace. Arrived early (after calling to make sure someone would be home and it was okay). Checked everything on the furnace, which I was a bit worried about because it's older, but things looked good. I'd just bought the house a couple of months ago, and they were able to give me some tips on the type of furnace I have and what to look out for.
