This company scheduled my appointment with only a 2 hour window, that's always a plus for me! They were prompt, professional and efficient. They guys that came were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.

Scheduled to have my annual air conditioning services and the scheduling was easy and economical. The company that was used was ATR Heating & Cooling and I must say I was very impressed with their professionalism, continuous appointment follow up and promptness. My technician was very thorough with explaining what he would do and recommendations to keep my house cool throughout the summer. I would definitely ask for them again in the future.

Ronnie provided a maintenance check on my furnace. He found no problems with the furnace. He was very helpful and showed me how to set my thermostat which I had trouble setting and billed me nothing. I would use Ronnie again. Our new puppy loved him!

This was for annual heater checkup prior to winter. Gentleman was very professional, well informed and explained about my heater system. In fact, I recommended this company to my daughter who is having problems with her heater system. They were very responsive and came right out to her house.

I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning service with ProConnect. The tech they sent told me the vent was clogged the worse at the top, which led me to believe he cleaned it. Afterward, the dryer wouldn't dry clothes, so I thought there must be something wrong with the dryer. I opened a ticket with AHS and they sent another tech out, he said there wasn't anything wrong with the dryer. I told him about the dryer vent cleaning, and when he checked the vent on the roof, he said it was still completely clogged. I contacted ProConnect again and they sent another tech out, he said the first guy didn't do the job right, and he also didn't clean the dryer out, which was part of the service.

There was a lack of communication between the tech and office. The office was way behind the tech and was in my opinion a drag on the process. ADDENDUM , The new parts were installed but did not rectify the issue. I a video of the issue but have not been re-contacted. I feel like I have been betrayed and all my paid money is gone. I am glad that I used my visa card. I will be stopping payment.

Communication was clear, professionals were great. Only problem was scheduling. Had to wait 3 weeks for someone to repair/troubleshoot refrigerator. I’m still waiting for it to be fixed. They asked what the issue was in advance, and they didn’t have the parts needed. 3 weeks to order the parts ahead of time, nope. I finally got the part and now I have to wait for them to come back to actually fix it.

I have been a member of American Home Shield for several years and through as many homes. They are a reliable Home Warranty to have and a valuable one as well. The fees we pay are well worth the cost for the savings we get when we use their services for things that can go wrong in home appliances, heating and air conditioning. I highly recommend American Home Shield for your home warranty needs.

A technician came out to give my heating g system a check up. He was on time, polite, extremely knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. I would have him back in a minute if I have any issues with my system. Thank you so much
